Athena POV:

Chapter 13:

"Your house is huge." I say to Lucas.

"Yea, my dads a lawyer." He says shrugging his shoulders. "But it's nothing compared to what you'll be living in soon."

"What do you mean." I say as he passes me a can of soda.

"Your part of the Bright bloodline, and your the chosen one. Your royalty and royalty live in castles." He says and I nod my head slowly.

"It's still hard to wrap my head around the fact that I'm a werewolf." I say.

"Understandable, you were raised to believe one thing all your life just to find out something diffrent." He says and I nod my head.

"It's like everyone around me knows so much about me and I know nothing. They already have my whole life planned out for me." I say. "Create unity between the wolves, then the other supernatural creature. Then I have to spend the rest of my life as a queen doing god knows what." I say.

"Then do something diffrent." He says.

"Huh." I say.

"Don't listen to them, do what you want to do. You are royalty after all. Plus your stronger then all of us." He says.

I never thought of it that way.

"Come on, let's go to the training room." He says getting up and I follow him.

"Hello, you must be Athena Walsh." A man says walking up to me.

"Uh, yea." I say as he shakes my hand.

"My name is Steven Bowen, Lucas' father." He says and I nod my head with a smile.

"It's an honor to meet you, look at you all grown up." He says and I squint my eyes.

"You seen me as a baby?" I ask.

"Yes I have. Your parents and I were close friends, they were gonna make me you and your brothers god father." He says and I smile.

"Dad, I'm taking Athena down to the training room." Lucas says and he nods his head.

"If you need anything call me." He says.

"Will do." Lucas says leading me downstairs.

Ella POV:

"Have any of you seen Athena?" Iah asks walking into our house.

"How did you get in here." I ask rolling my eyes.

"The doors unlocked." He says. "But seriously, have you guys seen her she's not answering her phone."

"She's hanging out with Lucas somewhere." I say.

"Do you know where." He asks and I grown.

"No Iah, I don't." I say looking back at my phone.

"Well you should, your her oath keeper." Iah says.

"I know what I am." I say in a sing song voice.

"You know your annoying right." He says and I smirk at him.

"I get that alot." I say and he throws himself down next to me on the couch. "Relax, she's fine."

"I just don't want anything to happen to her. You know how many people want her dead." He says.

"No I don't, but I'm sure your gonns tell me." I say.

"Alot of people want her dead." He says.

"She's fine. She's with Lucas another werewolf. Plus I think he hs a little thing for her so I doubt he eould let anything happen to her." I say and he sighs.
