Macarons VS. Macaroons

     Walking out of the plane was just like walking through the door from Alice in Wonderland. Translating every single word her eyes lay on, she makes her way towards the exit until the corner of her eye notices a gift shop. It was filled with gifts and goodies, and also counting the souvenirs. She spotted a shelf of sweets as the scent of a sweet distant fragrance, wanting a delicious snack as she hadn't ate during the long ride as its already its lunch. 

     Sakura looks outside to notice that it was pouring, great. She looks back at the shop and decided why not. The items in the shop were so colorful and so cute, wishing she could buy all of these. Sadly only having 800 yen, it was pretty much 8 dollars and who knows if they are expensive. She buys a clear umbrella and takes it to the register.

     She takes out the coins until her eye spotted a box of Pocky and quickly passes him the box. She passes him the money as he exchanged her for her items, "Arigatōgozaimashita." She walks out of the doors and suddenly gets hit by a gush of wind causing her scarf to fly over her face. 

     She quickly opened her umbrella and pointed it at the direction of the wind, she shivers as a taxi approaches her. Her hand shakingly passes the driver a paper of her father's friend's name, address both Japanese and romanized japanese.  

     He slurred his words as he spoke to her, but she got an idea what he was saying. The taxi driver nodded and placed her hard shell blue luggage in the trunk. 

     Sakura sat inside the warm taxi as it drove away from the airport. Her body shivers once more as she opened the box of what seemed to be chocolate dipped pretzel sticks and popped one into her mouth. "Mphh!" she squeals silently as ideas fill her mind, this would be better with a cup of hot coca or tea! 

     Then she whimpers, wanting to put on pajamas and just lay in bed for the entire day. She even brought her onesies Dx
