6) The Date ~ Charlie's P.O.V

"BREAKFAST IS READY!" Mum called from the other room and I stood up, I walked into the kitchen and sat don again "Wow... What's the event?" Ron asked, his mouth wide open I turned to see what he was gaping at and saw Lucy. *Merlin shes hot!* I thought as I watched her sit down next to me "Ginny, Hermione do you think it is too much?" She asked gesturing to what she had on "What for?" Ginny asked "A date" She replied and the two girls smiled, but my heart felt like it weighed a ton "Then no, it's beautiful!" Hermione exclaimed happily, Lucy smiled "Thanks" She squealed in happiness and sat between me and Fred.

 Mum gave us our breakfast, then joined us "So... Who is he?" Hermione asked and I felt like I just fell over "His name is Peter!" Lucy exclaimed *She looks so happy* I thought sadly as I watched her glow with happiness "Alright, alright. Lets start from the begining. What does he look like. Detailed please!" Ginny ordered "He is a bit taller than Charlie, but not by much. He has the most gorgeous green eyes that stand out a mile away and he is muscular" My little sister and Hermione squealed when she said 'Muscular' and giggled. I looked over at Ron. He was glaring at his dinner plate "He has chocolate brown hair and he is just so amazingly hot. He got it all. You know?" Lucy sighed dreamily as she most probably thought about him.

The girls giggled a bit more and looked at each other grinning "What time" Fred started "Are you" George continued "Meeting him?" They finished in unison "10:00 am" Lucy replied smiling like an idiot "So Charlie, how's your love life?" Ginny smiled mischievously *Well the only apple in my eye is or should I say was Lucy* I thought, but I couldn't say that, it's weird don't you think? So instead I say something else that sounds cool "I don't want a woman to tell me what to do I'm flying free" I stated. 

Yeah, good cover Charles. Good cover "Yeah, until your certain desires kick in" The twins scoffed and Lucy chuckled. I picked up my now empty plate and took it over to the sink "You alright there Perce?" I heard Lucy question "Yeah, I'm fine" He replied and I started to walk back over to the table "Lucy! I need to talk to you" Percy suddenly stated. Loudly and it made me jump "Ermm... Okay" She replied as I was nearly back in my seat, when it happened "I like you a lot. I mean the like like and I don't want you to go out with that boy later" He admitted and the whole kitchen went silent. 

I looked over at Lucy. She was pale and her eyes were wide "You like Charlie don't you" Percy said after awhile. He sounded heart broken, then I realised what he just said and Lucy started coughing "N- no!" She stuttered *Ha ha. I might have a chance!* I thought happily. Don't get me wrong, I do feel sorry for Percy, but right now the girl I like ight like me back! "Oh! Look at the time, I gotta go" She said as she looked at her bare wrist and scurried out of the kitchen "Be back at 5. Bye" She called as she left to meet pretty boy Peter!

We all turned to Percy to see if he was alright and apparently he was. Percy was smirking "Well my part is complete. Charlie DO NOT mess this up" Percy warned me "Mess what up?" I asked completely clueless to what that daft brother of mine was talking about "Lucy. You. Realationship. Marriage. Ring any bells?" Percy asked as if I was an idiot.

I did understand what he meant "But... What about pretty boy Peter?" I asked "Exactly! Pretty boy. He's bound to mess up by next week!" Percy exclaimed "A girl wants a man who can be trusted" He added "Especially that one" He winked before disappearing upstairs. Mum walked passed me smiling "He's right you know, just because that boy has a pretty face doesn't necessarily mean that he has a pretty heart" My Mum confirmed.
