10) Everyone has Secrets ~ Charlie's P.O.V

Merlin I love her laugh, even if she is laughing at me. I never saw this coming though, I thought she would go back into hiding behind a fake smile, but I'm glad she hasn't "Charles?" She teased knowingly and propped her elbow up and placed her head in her hands open palm as she looked into my eyes. I just gazed back into her eyes "Yes Lucinda?" I replied, knowing it would annoy her and guess what... I was right, she glared playfully at me then continued "You have beautiful eyes" She stated as she continued to look into my eyes.

 I felt my cheeks heat, then she realised what she said, she too blushed. Then I heard rustling and sat up looking around us, trying to spot what area it was coming from. I looked over at Lucy, she was completely calm *I will NEVER understand girls!* I exclaimed mentally, Surely shes meant to be afraid... Right? Then something came tumbling out of the grass it was a... Garden gnome? 

Lucy started laughing "You should have saw your face!" She laughed, I started to slowly move towards the gnome "I wouldn't do that if I were you" She warned, but I ignored her because I already knew not to go near them, but it's fun! As I got closer to the little guy, he snapped at me and I started to back up "Get up" I told Lucy and she did "You don't have to tell me twice" She stated , I chuckled and readied myself to run as I watched more and more gnomes revealing themselves from behind the tall grass.

The one closest to us squeaked "RUN!" I shouted and we both took off running in different directions as the little blighters split in half. One half came after me and the other half went after Lucy "CHARLIE" Lucy screamed, but I couldn't stop running so instead, I slowed down and changed direction. After I turned I picked up my speed again and ran to Lucy. When I found her, I saw the gnomes stabbing her legs with sticks and one was dangling from her long blonde ponytail and another gnome clutched onto her left arm. 

I started laughing at her, but then something hit back of my leg and I fell to the floor. Before I knew it, gnomes were pulling at my hair and biting me "Ah" "OW" "BUGGER OFF!" I yelled and now Lucy was peeing herself with laughter "Now you know... OW... How I... AH... Feel!" She exclaimed as she too was being bitten and I laughed. This back and forth laughter happened for about another ten minutes before the little gits buggered off, but that was not the end of my pain. 

Oh no, Lucy just had to hit me aswell! "YOU. BLOODY. GIT. HOW. DARE. YOU. LAUGH. AT MY. PAIN!" She screamed each word after she hit me "Hippocrit" I muttered "I heard that" She stated as she pushed me to the floor "If I'm going down then I'm taking you with me!" I stated as I grabbed her wrist and pulled her with me "TIMBER!" She screamed. I fell flat on my back and she landed on my chest, jolted slightly as she came into contact with my body, but soon eased to it.

She groaned "Charles... I am going to kill you!" She complained and tried to stand up, but I wrapped my arms around her small waist and pulled her back down "What have I told you about calling me Charles?" I questioned with a raised eyebrow "Nothing... You just say call me Charlie" She mimicked my voice "Hey I do NOT sound like that!" I exclaimed as I pouted, Lucy pinched my cheek "Naww Chwarlie is upswet" She said in a cute baby voice "Swut wup!" I retorted in a baby voice and she laughed "It's getting late... We should be heading back" She yawned.

 I didn't want this to end, I loved this. Her cuddled into me, but I knew it had to end. She pulled herself out of my grasp and stood up. She offered her hand to me and I took it, she pulled me up as if I weighed 2 pounds *WOW! Shes strong!* I thought as I started to walk back to the house. Suddenly something jumped on my back and I stumbled a bit "Lucy" I whined and she loosely wrapped her arms around my neck "Your such a big kid" She whispered sleepily in my ear and I shivered slightly. What? I'm not use to that! So it looks like I'm carrying her back to the house, I heard light breathing. Yep I'm definitely carrying her back to the house.

When we got back to the house, I kicked the door open and walked into the living room. Everyone looked at me "What?" I asked as they started to smile "Oh... Nothing" Ginny replied as she looked over at Harry and Hermione, they just laughed "So brother of" "ours did you" "Enjoy your self?" The twins asked as if they already knew "Umm... Yes?" I replied rather confused with what the hell these dopey siblings were talking about. I looked at Bill and Fleur.

 He chuckled and Fleur shrugged "You have no idea do you?" Ron asked me "Do you?" I snapped at him "Yes, yes I do" He stated "That's the first" I muttered to myself, then someone hit the back of my head "Play nice" She said *Oh yeah, I forgot I was carrying Lucy* I thought as everyone laughed at me, even Mum and Dad laughed at me. Lucy slid off of my back and stretched "Dinners ready" Mum called from the kitchen and we all walked in and took our seats.

 All through dinner we talked and made jokes. Lucy told them about me getting attacked by the garden gnomes and how she thought it was so hilarious, then I told them about her getting attacked . The whole family burst out in laughter at both stories. When we finished eating dinner, me and Lucy walked upstairs arguing about colours. Yep pathetic I know, but it was good old friendly banta. When we were outside our rooms we said good night. I walked in and fell on my bed, instantly falling asleep.
