11) Friend Zoned ~ Lucy's P.O.V

Lucy's P.O.V
I woke up the next morning with the same smile from yesterday. I felt so refreshed and happy *He accepts me as I am. He doesn't consider me a freak* I smiled again and picked a dress and laid it out on my bed, then I picked up my towel. I ran down stairs to the bathroom. I walked in and locked the door, I turned on the shower and stripped. I stepped into the shower and washed myself. Once again I sang.

After I finished singing I turned the shower off and stepped out. I looked into the mirror above the sink "I am a freak" I stated sadly. I picked up my towel around me and unlocked the bathroom door. I slowly walked through the hall way "Lucy" Someone called and I put on a fake smile "Yeah?" I asked as I turned to look at them "Are you okay?" They asked "Yeah I'm fine Ron. Thanks" I smiled, I turned back around and walked upstairs. I slipped my underwear on, then I pulled my dress over my head. I chose a pair of heels and put them on. I walked over to my little desk and applied my make up and to retrieve my jewelry. When I was finished, I walked over to my full body mirror and stared emotionless at my I know I am not beautiful, but I am not ugly. No girl is ugly. After all beauty is only skin deep. I pulled out a book. Yeah I got a good guess of what you are thinking: You can read?! Well yes I can. Anyway I opened it and started to read it. It was called 'Fantastic beasts'. I turned to my favorite page in the Dragons category. The Hungarian Horntail. I began to read.

Description and traits

It has black scales and is lizard like in appearance. It has yellow eyes, bronze horns and similar coloured spikes that protrude from it's long tail. A Dragons roar is a yowling, screeching scream and it's flame can reach to about 50 ft. While having a very far reaching flame the Horntail's breath can reach extremely high temperatures as it has made a stone turn red hot in a matter of seconds.

 It's eggs are the colour of cement (Grey) and normally the shells are hard. The Horntail's foods of choice could include: Cattle, Sheep, Goats, and whenever possible, Humans. Hungarian Horntail's are considered the most dangerous and feared Dragon's . They can kill instantly, but they could also make you suffer and have to live through a long painful death.

*Well DUH! Any Dragon can kill you just like that! Stupid! Anything can kill you in one hit! Not just Dragon's how thick can you get?* I complained mentally as I put my book away "That's enough reading for now" I stated as I stretched, I got up off of my bed and went downstairs. 

I walked into the kitchen "Oh look who finally decided to join us" Charlie joked "Hush up Charles" I retorted and everyone laughed "Why do you always look so hot in everything you wear?!" Ron exclaimed and everyone looked at him. Hermione glared at me "Hey he said!" I whined pointing at Ron "What don't blame me!" He complained through a mouth full of food *Yuck! Disgusting!* I thought as I mouthed a 'What?!' "But you did!" I whined again "I GOT AN IDEA!" I shouted, I stood up and ran around the table and grabbed both Hermione and Ginny's wrists.

I pulled them upstairs into my room and closed the door. I turned back to face them "Dress or no dress?" I asked "What are you doing?" They asked in unison "Choose one!" I demanded "Fine Dress" Ginny gave up on her one sided argument as did Hermione "No dress" Hermione sighed and I started squealing as I ran over to my closet *Hmm Ginny does not suite pink or red so BLUE!* I exclaimed mentally as I threw a pretty blue dress at Ginny, then I looked at Hermione "Jeans or skirt?" I asked "Jeans" WOW that was fast, I walked over to my chest of draws.

 *Hmm... She'd look good in a black jeans or maybe a blue ones?* I took out two cute jeans one black and one blue "Why are you so excited?" Ginny asked me and I looked at her "Because I've never done this before" I replied honestly and they both gaped at me "Really?" They asked in disbelief "Nope" I answered popping the 'p' and I held up the jeans up in front of her"Blue" She smiled and I put the black one away. Then I looked in the chest of draws and pulled out a pretty black top. I chucked it over to Hermione and walked over to my bed and asked "Heels or trainers?" I said happily "Heels" They replied and I pulled out two pairs of black heels. I gave a pair each to the girls "Get dress then I will do your nails and sort out the jewelry" I told them and they squealed.

I stepped outside whilst they were changing and waited patiently, After a couple of minutes they called me in and I walked over to my desk picking some jewelry and passed it to Hermione "Too much jewelry would ruin the outfit" I explained to both of them and they nodded, then I passed some jewelry to Ginny. They put their necklaces on and slid on the bracelets "OMG! I LOVE YOUR CLOTHES" Ginny screamed in excitement and Hermione could't stop smiling *I'm glad to have friends who doesn't want me for anything* I thought happily as I told Ginny to sit down in front of me "Any specific designs?" I asked them "Plain, please" Ginny asked "Okay, Hermione?" "Anything" She smiled.

 After I finished painting both of their nails and their hair, I stood up and stretched. Then I looked at both of them "Miladies" I said poshly, which wasn't hard considering I grew up around posh people and I gestured to the mirror. They stood up and walked over to the they screamed. I just laughed and walked down the stairs with the girls close behind. The others were still down stairs, but they changed from the kitchen to the front room. I told the girls to wait outside and that I would introduce them.

 I walked into the room happily and everyone looked at me curiously, I chuckled "Introducing... The future... Ginny Potter andddddd Hermione Weasley" I announced, laughing slightly as Ron and Harry blushed and the girls walked in. They both looked at me with the 'I'm going to kill you' and I just chuckled. The twins whistled and the others clapped as both Ron and Harry's mouths were wide open.

I walked over to the couch and sat next to Charlie "Hello" He greeted with a smile "Hi" I greeted back "You wat to walk around with me?" He asked me still smiling "Sure, it beats getting killed" I replied chuckling and we got up "Don't do anything we wouldn't do" The twins yelled and I blushed , they started laughing "What haven't you done" Charlie scoffed "You!" They replied pointing at me and Charlie. Charlie grabbed my wrist and dragged me outside. I looked up at him and I could have sworn that he was blushing. We were walking to the place we were last time.

 You know... Where we got attacked by those bloody gits. Yeah that place. Me and Charlie were walking in silence, until "I'm sorry about them" He apologised "Why are you apologising?" I asked as I looked up at him*Merlins beard, he's tall and I'm wearing heels!* I thought "My brothers" He stated as he looked down at the floor "Oh... Them... Don't worry about it" I told him and he looked at me "You sure?" "Why ar you so god damn tall!" I complained out loud "Oops!" I added, he chuckled slightly "Because I am" He stated struggling yo not smile. We finally made it to our destination after a few turns and jokes "We made!" Charlie exclaimed happily and I started laughing at him "Yeah we made it, but we still got to get out of it!" I said after I calmed down a bit and I sat down because I was TIRED! 

"I'm gonna start calling this garden the 'Weasley wilderness'" I stated and he just laughed "What's so funny?" I snapped "Why?" He asked "Because it's weird. Why did no, how did you come up with 'Weasleys wilderness'?" He added "Because it sounds cool!" I scoffed playfully "Alright, alright. Fair point" He laughed.

After awhile I got annoyed with Charlie standing up whist I was sat down, which meant I had to look up at him. I whacked the back of his knee and he fell down "WOAH!" He yelled as he fell over, he fell on his butt and scowled at me "What was that for!"He shouted, I just smiled sweetly at him "I was getting lonely down here" I said innocently, he sighed "You could've just asked me to sit down" He stated "Aww... Where's the fun in that?" I smirked "You're worse than the twins" He muttered "I heard that and I am not sure whether or not I should consider it a compliment" I complained, but he did not retaliate so I left it at that and laid backwards so I was looking up at the blue sky. 

I watched the clouds as they gently drifted across the sky "Lucy?" I heard Charlies voice from beside me "Hmm?" I replied, showing that I was listening "Soon... I'm gonna have to go back to work... You'll be alright on your own... Right?" He asked, I turned to my side and noticed he was looking at me "Course, I'll be just fine. Charlie?" I asked "Hmm?" He replied as he on his back again with his eyes closed "Why are you so worried about that?" I asked softly, secretly hoping for him to say he likes me as in the like like. He put his arms under his head before he answered me "No reason in particular. You're just a good friend to me and I just wanted to know that you would be safe.

 That's all" He replied, my heart sunk *I, Lucinda Penelope Andrews, have just been friend zoned!* I thought sadly. Maybe he did consider me a freak, after all I am strange. I then laid on my back and looked up to the sky again *Why am I feeling these emotions! I can not fall in love. Not again. I refuse to give into my heart. It has been shattered more than enough times, not again. Never again!* I thought as so many different emotions raced through my brain and heart. I closed my eyes and fell into a dreamless sleep.
