"So bro, what are you planning this weekend? We have a girl here for you" Nic asked.

"She said she wants to see you" Clint added as he entered in my apartment. Yes, I have an apartment now. I decided to move in here. Discover the life outside my gates. Nic rented beside mine by the way.

"I have no interest in her" I said.

"Come on! Just one night." He stated.

"Okay, talk. What's the big deal for this?" I asked as I crossed my arms.

"No big deal" Nic said as his eyes wondered around. He's lying.

"You know man...we just want the old you back. Since she disappeared into thin air your like this emo kid in our class those years. We just want you to be happy again" Nic explained.

"Guys, you don't need to do that. I'm happy if you guys are happy. Plus, you don't need to worry about me, worry about your girlfriends." I said with bitter laugh. Jen finally decided to answer Clint. Nic and Jessy had plans to get married. Melody finally had a guy that will make her happy. They are all happy. I'm happy for them, I know that.

"What if we said we're not happy about you?" Clint suddenly asked in sarcasm.

"I don't know. Just ignore me. By the way Clint, Jen came over yesterday. She was worried, what happened?" I asked. I want to avoid that topic for as long as I can.

"Nothing. She just saw me holding a knife then she went all this crazy. And this girl came over and wanted to talk to me" He explained. Girl problems...Tsk Tsk Tsk.

"I think she's just worried about your safety and...worried if your cheating on her. Most girls are like that. I know mine is" Nic joked. We all laughed.

"So, what's your decision now Ethan? Date the girl. Just tonight, it wouldn't hurt to try right?" Nic grinned.

"Not if your scared"

"What?! Scared?! Psh. Shut up, if I go out with her that's it. Alright? You guys will stop bugging me" I demanded.

"You have thy honor" Nic chanted.

"Okay" Clint.

"What's with her anyway?It doesn't make any difference if I go out with her" I said.

"It counts. You've rotten inside your unit. You look like snow white for being so white that you look like a Deadman." Understanding Nic is hard.

"So, your saying that I should just go out and have some fresh air?" I questioned.

"Yes!" Nic exclaimed.

"So, I don't need to date the girl right?" I asked again.

"Uhmmm...that will make a difference too." What the hell? You told me to go out just to have some fresh air but dating the girl would make a difference too?

"Got it right" Nic said.

"Fine! I'll do it your way. But after this I'm done, got it?" They nodded.

It's been years. We're all grown up now. I wonder how Flaire is doing? Yeah, I managed to stay this long just because of the memories we have. I haven't forgotten her in just one second.

I have a job of a normal guy. I use my abilities sometimes. Kinda like cheating, but who cares? It's for my living...not even illegal.

"We should leave now." Clint said. I just nodded in response.
