Chapter 14: Sides (S)urveillence

After Max was done filling up the truck with gas they left.

He drove for a little while longer until they arrived at the college.

"I had a lot of fun with you, thanks for taking me out." Anna said leaning in towards Max.

She laid her head on his shoulder for a minute and then raised her head up.

Max walked Anna back to her dorm room and kissed her goodnight.

When Anna got in her room she smiled and laid her head against the door and sighed happily.

Then her eyes scanned the room and made contact with Daisy's bed, it was still made and Daisy still wasn't there.

Anna shook her head in disapproval that she was still gone and they had classes the next morning.

It was about 10 at night by the time Anna brushed her teeth, got in her pajamas and laid down to go to bed.

 Monday 7:45 a.m.

Anna woke up and slowly hit the power button on her phone to look at the time.

She slept in 30 minutes, gasping she jumped up and put a pair of jeans and a black belly shirt on.

After running into the bathroom she brushed her teeth and put her tangled hair in a side fishtail braid.

She put some hot pink lip stain on and went out the door.

When she got to her first class she walked in and everyone was staring at her.

"Good morning." She said laughing uncomfortably.

Sitting down in her seat she opened her binder and covered her face with it.

Class continued and the day was very long, too long.

Then finally classes were over, Max and Anna were going to go out for dinner but Max got a call from Wyatt.

They needed to go to the hospital, something was wrong with Bunny.

Anna let worry consume her as Max sped to the hospital.

She got out and ran through the doors and to Wyatt who was standing by the entrance.

"What happened to her?" Anna asked, crying.

"Someone tried to kill her." Wyatt said, trying to stay calm but was freaking out too.

"What?!" Anna and Max said at the same time.
