The Next Day
"It's our last day in London." I say with a pout. I saunter over towards the window, watching the snow fall relentlessly over the city. My over-sized white sweater hangs off one shoulder as I push my long hair out of my face.
"Where is the tour going next?" Logan asks, adjusting the maroon beanie on his head.
"Miami." I respond, a pang of sadness running throughout me.
"What's wrong?" Logan asks, cupping my cheeks in his hands.
"I just miss my family a lot of the time. It's hard being away from them." I respond with a small smile. He joins me on the window seat as we look out at the city in a silence. It's not an awkward, angry silence like it used to be, but a comfortable one.
"What are you thinking about right now?" He questions, turning to face me.
"I'm just really enjoying how nice we are being to each other right now." I say, my cheeks heating up.
"Let's stay like this forever."
"Promise."
"Promise." My heart flutters at the simple words because no guy has ever treated me this way. I'm used to going to clubs and hooking up. I stare out the window again, watching the delicate flakes fall from the sky.
"So beautiful." Logan said barely above a whisper.
"Yeah it really is, isn't it?" I agree.
"Yeah the snows nice but I was talking about you." He answers, my cheeks quickly heating up. I lightly shove his shoulder and he pretends to wince in pain.
"What was that for?" He asks while laughing.
"That was so cheesy." I answer, even though I really loved his compliment.
"Hey I'm only speaking the truth." He says putting his hands up in the air in defense. "So what do couples do?" He asked afer a few moments. I giggled in response. I'm glad that he is as uneducated in this area as I am. I've had relationships but nothing that was truly real.
"Uhm, I don't know...go on dates?" I ask with a laugh. He nods his head in agreement and stands up. I watch as he bows slightly and pus his hand out to me.
"May I take you out on a fine date, my darling?" He asks in his attempt of what I assume is a British accent.
"You may." I accept his hand and stand next to him.

"Wow this place is nice." I praise Logan on his choice of restaurant. Delicate chandeliers hang carefully over our heads and the light is calm. Candles litter the tables and classical music is playing in the background.
"Yeah, when you're fighting to get a girls attention you can stumble across some pretty nice places when you're out on infuriated walks." He says jokingly. I half smile at the realization of what he was saying. "What are you going to get?" He asks.
"I really want a burger to be completely honest." I explain as the waiter comes over.
"What can I get the two of you?" The man asks.
"I'm going to get a cheeseburger, but with no mustard." I say. "I hate mustard." I whisper to Logan and he laughs. I wait as the waitor takes our orders to continue the conversation. A loud buzzing begins and I pull out my phone reading the caller ID. I feel my heart rate begin to increase and I start to feel dizzy.
"You okay?" I hear Logan asks.
"Uh yeah I just need to take this." I explain, excusing myself from the table. I wander outside of the restaurant as the cool December air blows through my hair. I click accept and feel my heart stop. "Zayn. Why are you calling me?" I question harshly.
Hey guys I know it's kinda short I promise I will make up for it! Thank you for waiting! xoxo
