Lonely, adjective: sad because one has no friends or company

Saying Dan was angry with his father was an understatement.

He can't explain how angry he is, or else he'd explode in a massive rage that would leave his bedroom like a bomb hit it.

Dan knew that his dad wanted him to love Zoë, so they can get married, have children, and get coronated together. But, to be honest, Dan doesn't want to be King anymore.

Before Choosing Day, Dan wanted to be a king - just not the type his father was. But after meeting Phil and seeing what he's been through, Dan doesn't want to be King at all. He doesn't want to be the selfish, stubborn man his father is, but - even though some say you can - with all the money you'd have, you can't avoid being that way. Dan doesn't want to treat a special any different than he would treat a normal person. But Dan knew there would be a few who'd disagree, yet specials are basically humans with an added extra, like water with a twist of lime.

Dan knows that after the already-organised wedding, he would be coronated and would become King Of Evernon, so if he wants to get out of this mess: he needs to get out now.

"Daniel!" A voice came from behind the door,

"Come in." Dan says, sitting on his bed.
A tall man with a brown quiff walked through the door. His attire was a black blazer alongside black trousers and a white shirt.

"It's just me, Jim. Long time no talk!" He said as he sat next to Dan.

"I feel horrible, Jim." He whispered softly,

"What do you mean? You've done nothing wrong!"

"I shouldn't have leant it." He mumbled,

"What do you mean 'leant in'?" Jim asked, Dan
suddenly exploded under pressure.

"I kissed Phil, alright?!" he shouted, causing Jim to jump. "So why don't you go and tell the world about it? You might as well before my father does!" Jim could see that Dan was on the verge of tears. The fear in his eyes of this secret that he has to share.

"Does Daniel need a hug?" Jim cooed, making Dan pause, thinking whether he should hug him or not. As tears began sliding down his scorching hot cheeks, he nodded. Jim pulled him into a tight squeeze, but soon loosened up to give Dan more comfort. This made Dan so much happier, as Jim's hugs do tend to feel like that normally - when you've gone through a tough break up, he's there; when you've failed a test, he's there; even when you're sick, he's there. Jim's not just a [Marcus] butler, he's a friend. "It's ok, Dan. I wasn't gonna tell anyone anyway. It's your life so you can announce this when you want."

"Thanks Jim, I can always count on you."

He hadn't felt the feeling of the concrete floor since he was locked up. Phil remembered that moment like it was yesterday. There were no stone-cold bars on the door of this cell, where he would be able to see other prisoners. Ben. Is he still in the cell? Or was he able to escape? When he gets out of this cell, he will be able to find out. Ben looked like the type of guy that would be able to find for himself, it may be his first mission, but he could fight well and had the ability to use his powers to his advantage easily. Phil hoped that he didn't get caught escaping though, as that can lead to a death sentence.

Light pierced through the barred window, Phil tried to ignore it until he heard a noise.

"Pssst!" It said, "Phil!"

Phil turned around, jumping onto his wooden bench. He peeped through the window to make eye contact with a pair of emerald green eyes. The person smiled, hearing others cheer behind him.
