Chapter 5

It's been a week since professor Cavalli told me she knew I was there that night. I was a bit frightened but I didn't show it to her. I've been avoiding her ever since.

"Kate! Where have you been?! I haven't seen you in like a week!" Damien asked hysterically.

"Bro chill! It's just a week and I'm still fine. Nothing to worry about. And besides, I've been trying to cope up with some things in here."

"Alright but you're coming with me tonight. There's this new club that's opening tonight and we really need to go. It's time for you to finally get laid. You look stressed out sis."

"Sure. Whatever." I waved him off and we said our goodbyes.

I continued on my way to my dorm. I still have the privilege to be alone on my room since I still don't have a roommate.

I decided to take a nap to restore my energy for tonight.

I woke up 2 hours later. I took a hot shower and got ready for tonight.

I decided to wear a lace short black dress with long sleeves on. I applied my makeup with a dark red lipstick on. Damien was right, I really need to get laid.

Someone knocked on my door and I immediately knew who it was. I grabbed my purse and opened the door.

"Ohhh oh damn! You look great!" He said as he eyed me up and down.

"Thanks! So are we gonna go now?" He grabbed my arm and walked out of the building to his car.

We arrived at the club and the bouncer immediately let us in.

"I got a few friends here that I would like you to meet." He led me to a table and introduced me as her sister. All of them greeted me and went on with their business.

"I think I'll be at the bar to get a drink. And maybe get laid. Don't look for me." I whispered in his ear and he just nodded and winked. Too busy talking to his friend.

The bartender immediately went to take my order. "Give me something strong."

Minutes later he arrived with my drink and I gulped it down in one go.

"Drinking too much tonight, are we?" A voice I knew very well said beside me.

I turned to look where the voice came from and oh my god! Why is she here?!?!

"Professor Cavalli?!"

"Elizabeth." She corrected me. "Call me Elizabeth outside campus." She smiled at me. Gosh, this girl is beautiful. "So, Miss Collison what are you doing here?"

"Kate. Call me Kate."

"Alright Kate. You haven't answered my question." Demanding are we?

"I'm here with my brother. But he's in here somewhere with his friends. He told me I needed some time to 'chill' so here I am."

She smirked and left me in silence. A comfortable silence though.
