I waited for Elizabeth but she hasn't came back. No letters or whatsoever came. Deyana has been keeping me distracted but no matter what she does I just can't stop thinking about Elizabeth.
"Don't think about her, Kate. You've been a prisoner of your own thoughts now. You gotta let go. Free yourself for now." Deyana advised but I can't just let go of her. As I was thinking about the things that could try to free me from the thoughts of Elizabeth. The mark that she gave me started to hurt that it became intolerable. I was holding the spot where the mark was placed but the pain was still there. Deyana rushed to my side and looked at the mark. She looked saddened about it but she carried me bridal-style onto my bed. "Just breathe, little kitten. You'll be alright." She held my hand and placed her other wrist onto her mouth, moments later blood was dripping out of it but her blood looked darker almost black compared to a human blood. "Drink. It'll stop the pain." So I did what she told me to do. She placed her wrist on my mouth and let me drink from it. I thought I'll be disgusted by it but the taste is so intoxicating. It feels like euphoria when it drips over your tongue. I didn't wanna stop. I was moaning from the taste when she pulled back. "That's enough, my little kitten. Close your eyes for now and rest. Rest your mind and the thoughts of Elizabeth haunting you. I'll be here all night. Good night my little kitten." She kissed my forehead and I drifted off to sleep with Deyana holding me close to her. And after so many sleepless nights, I finally slept peacefully. No nightmares and no girl that haunts me.

I woke up the next morning with Deyana still holding me. She was asleep too. She looked so peaceful. Her beauty is captivating. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her until her eyes fluttered open and those light green eyes came to view. her eyes is a different kind of green. Like a neon green but at the same time it looks like looking deep into a beautiful and peaceful forest. A forest that looks so alive but deadly at the same time.
"Were you creeping on me while I sleep, little kitten?"
Little kitten, the nickname she always calls me that makes me feel calm. I can feel my cheeks start to get red. I giggled at her. She smiled and those pearl white teeth showed itself.
"I wasn't creeping on you. I was just admiring how vampires look so perfect" Really smooth, Kate. She laughed at me and I looked at her confused.
"You are just adorable." She pinched my nose. "You mean, you were just admiring me." She got up and winked at me. She tied her hair into a bun and I can see her behind. "If you keep on looking at me like that then I wouldn't hesitate to take you right now in that bed." She smirked and I just know I look like a tomato now. She laughed again. "Breakfast is on me." As she got out of the room. Then her head peeked in. "Don't worry, little kitten. You're far more better than all of the other full-blooded vampires." She winked and left me alone. If I wasn't red before then just imagine me right now.
I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and fix my hair.
As I was on my way to the kitchen, I could already smell the breakfast that she had prepared. My mouth already watered.
"Take a seat, little kitten. I made this breakfast for you. With love." She winked at me and I couldn't help but smile. Oh Deyana and her words.
As Deyana and I were finishing breakfast. Deyana stood up and pulled me with her. She lead me to her room. "Stay here and don't come out until I come get you, okay?" I just nodded at her since I didn't even know what was going on. She got out of the room and left me. After a few minutes I could hear shouting from outside. My heart was speeding up that I feel like it would explode. The door suddenly opened and the girl from my nightmares was standing in front of me. I don't know if this is real or I'm still sleeping.
The girl looked at me as if judging me. "So this is the girl that Elizabeth chose to replace me with. Such poor standards."
"If my sister has poor standards then you're also one of them, Victoria." Victoria growled. "Step away from her, Vic. Or else I'll have your head hanging in the palace. Step away right now because she's mine." Deyana was at the girl's side who I'm assuming is Victoria. Her eyes turned red like flames.
"Victoria, enough!" Elizabeth's voice boomed. I could feel the hair in my arms and at the back of my hand stand.
"Oh my dear love, here you are." Elizabeth growled at Victoria and she just rolled her eyes. "Tell her you're mine and that we're already married. It's not right t be cheating on your wife now, huh?" Elizabeth looked down and Deyana looked at me sympathetically. Victoria was telling the truth. Deyana held my hand as a tear fell down my cheeks.
"Get out." Deyana ordered the two of them.
"Come on, my love. We still have something better to do." Victoria looked at me and scoffed.
"Get in the car and wait for me there, Victoria." Victoria gave out a whine. " Just go." Elizabeth said with so much authority in her voice. "Kate, can I speak with you?" I couldn't help it anymore. I slapped her and ran to my room. I could hear Deyana say,
"There goes your answer. Now get out. You've done enough."
