Chapter Twenty-two

CODY'S POV

I have been in LA for about two months now. I'm missing the boys and Luci like crazy. Luci and I have called or skyped each other every night. I have been talking to Kylie again as she has always been a friend to me. I know she can be a bit over the top but she is still my friend.

Me and my family were going to a hotel tonight as I had a show in LA for my Paradise Tour. I was really excited for this show. I just had a feeling tonight was going to be great.

LUCI'S POV

Me and Jake boarded our flight. We were heading to LA to surprise Cody. It was the first time we would be properly seeing him since he left to go back to LA after spending a month in Australia with us. I had never missed someone as much as I miss Cody.

I slept for most of the flight and before I knew it we were landing. Jake grabbed all of our stuff down and handed me my bag. I thanked him and we went through to baggage claim. After collecting our bags we went through to the arrivals lounge where Jeff was waiting for us. "Cody doesn't know right?" I asked hugging Jeff. "He is completely clueless," Jeff said sounding proud of himself.

CODY'S POV

I had just woken up when I heard a knock at my door. I threw a shirt on before going to answer it. I opened it and Kylie was standing there. "Hey, come in, sorry it's a mess I just got up," I confessed. She laughed and said "It's okay."

She was wearing shorts and a top that was sort of see through. Bit awkward for me really. She kicked off her shoes and sat on my bed. I sat next to her and we sat talking for a while.

LUCI'S POV

We weren't seeing Cody for a few hours so I went into my hotel room and got changed. I wanted to see Cody but I doubt he would even be up yet.

CODY'S POV

Kylie was fiddling with her hair. I had to admit she was kind of attractive but Luci was better. I looked to Kylie to see her hand moving to my chin. She pulled my chin towards her and kissed me passionately.

LUCI'S POV

There was a knock at my door so I opened it to see Jeff and Jake. "Ready to see Cody?" Jeff asked. I grabbed my phone and followed Jeff to Cody's room.

Jeff didn't knock he used his key and let us in. What we saw was unthinkable. I felt sick. Cody was having sex with Kylie. Cody looked to us and looked like he was going to cry. Kylie was on top of him both of them had no clothes on. Cody was sweaty and he never took his eyes off me. I couldn't do anything I just looked to them as Kylie looked proud of herself. Fucking bitch.

I found myself running to them and I dragged Kylie off from Cody. I threw her to the floor and started throwing punches. I hit her face time and time again. "Luci! Stop! Please!" Cody shouted. I ignored him and kept hitting her. Soon enough there was arms around my waist pulling me up. "Luci stop or you'll hit me as well!" Jeff shouted. He held me away from Kylie. In the corner of my eye I saw Cody pull some trousers on. "At least I can pleasure Cody!" Kylie shouted. I broke out of Jeff's grip and hit her again. She fell to the floor. I didn't care. I hit her again. This time it hit her perfect little nose. It won't be perfect soon. "Luci stop!" Cody shouted dragging me away from her. "Don't you fucking touch me Cody!" I shouted at him angrily. Kylie rolled in pain on the floor. "What happened in here?" Angie asked as she came through the door. She gasped as she saw Kylie laying naked with blood dripping down her face. "Why don't you ask him." I said storming out of the room.

CODY'S POV

What had I done? "Luci!" I shouted running after her. "I don't think so." Dad said dragging me back into my room. "Dad! Let me go!" I shouted. "Give her a minute," Dad said trying to calm me down. Kylie was putting her clothes back on and mum was getting some tissue. "What happened?" Dad asked sounding disappointed. "I don't know," I said. "What do you mean you don't know!" Dad shouted back. "Brad!" Mum shouted. "Sorry jake can you give us a minute?" Mum said. Her voice was calm. I loved how mum could always calm a situation. "I'll go check on Luci, I think she needs a friend right now," Jake said leaving the room.

Mum helped Kylie clean her face. Luci had hit her hard. "I think you have a broken nose," Mum told her. I tried not to laugh. "Cody sit down," Dad said. Jeff was still in the room but I liked him being here. "What happened?" Dad asked again. I put my head down and felt tears leave my eyes. "We kissed and that was it. The next thing I knew was we were having sex and Luci, Jake and Jeff walk in. I'm so sorry Dad." I said sobbing. "Cody I'm disappointed in you, I thought you knew better. However I'm your Dad and I'm going to support you through this." Dad said. He had never told me he was disappointed in me before. "Cody, you're grounded. Give me your phone." He said. I reached over and grabbed my phone handing it to him. "And Jeff do you mind staying in here for a few nights please?" Dad asked. "Of course," Jeff replied.

I looked at Mum. She was standing up and helping Kylie stand. "We better get your nose checked out," Mum said. Mum had never actually liked Kylie but mum had a kind heart and would never let anyone go hurt. Mum followed Kylie out but she gave me a disappointed look on the way out. "Sort yourself out, we will wait here," Dad said. I stood up and headed to the shower.

LUCI'S POV

I cried on Jake's shoulder. "Ssh, it's okay," he said in an effort to comfort me. I wanted to tell him it won't be okay but I was glad he came to support me so I didn't argue. There was a knock at the door. "Come in!" Jake shouted. Angie was standing there. She quickly came in. "I have to take Kylie to the hospital, you broke her nose, I feel awful saying this but well done," She said giving me a grin and a quick hug before leaving again. I could help but smile. I broke her nose. Serves her right for having sex with my boyfriend before I had. Bitch.

Jake went back to Cody's room once I had stopped crying. I put my earphones in and listened to my music. Fall by Justin Bieber came on. It was my all time favourite song. I started listening to it when I realised how much it reminded me of Cody and I.

I quickly changed the song and curled into my bed. I was just falling asleep when there was a knock at my door. I didn't reply. There was another knock but again I didn't answer. I wanted to be home. Back in Australia. I wish I had never seen what I did. I heard someone try to open the door but I had locked it. "Luci, let me in," a familiar male voice said. Brad. I stood up and went to the door. "Promise me something?" I asked before opening it. "Anything," he replied. "Promise it is only you on the other side of this door," I said not wanting to see Cody. "Well, Angie is here too, but apart from us no one else is here," Brad said.

Brad and Angie were like my second my parents. I trusted them with anything so I unlocked the door. I pulled the door so it opened slightly before heading back to my bed. I heard the door open some more before shutting again. Brad and Angie walked to me. "Oh Luci, I can't apologise enough for Cody's behaviour-" Angie started. "It's not your apology to make," I said cutting her off. "I know but we won't let him leave his room." Angie said making me smile. Brad and Angie left so I could have a moment to myself.

I still can't believe what I had walked in on, Cody, my boyfriend and her. I heard a knock at the door and I answered it, expecting to see Brad, Angie or Jake but it was Cody. I tried to slam the door shut but he stuck his foot in the way. "Look Luci, talk to me." I shook my head, "What on earth makes you think I'd want to talk to you?" He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, which was usually my weakness, but not this time. "Luci I'm sorry!" He touched my shoulder briefly before I whacked it away "Don't touch me Cody! I feel sick just looking at you, knowing what you did." He just stood there not knowing what to say next whilst I wanted to cry but didn't, I need to be strong!
