Chapter Twenty Six

Anya was in total shock when she found out that Lucy was actually the witch as she drops her device in disbelief.Lucy on the other hand was all smiles even though her secret wasn't a secret anymore.The little girl takes advantage of the situation and sends Anya flying against the wall with one wave of her finger.Anya tries to break free but a very strong invisible force was pinning her against the surface.While Lucy was in a sitting position,she slowly levitates a couple of feet from her bed.

Anya:T-this can't be...! Lucy! Don't tell me you're really the witch!
Lucy:Oh? Are you feeling sorry for me? Well you're half right.
Anya:Huh?
Lucy:This little girl is my host body for the time being.It was a lot easy to walk around without anyone suspecting me since they think that an innocent girl like me isn't planning on something bad.
Anya:You bitch! You leave her alone! Get the hell out of her!
Lucy:I'm not so sure you want that to happen.
Anya:W-what do you mean?
Lucy:When I first arrived here,she was on the blink of death because of her illness.Since she'll die anyway,I might as well use her body for my own benefits.Since it was easy to get around,I was able to collect some souls to recover myself.If I leave now,she'll die within hours.I'm the one who's keeping her alive!
Anya:Even if that's the case,if she knows what was going on,she would prefer to die than to let you use her that way!
Lucy:Are you sure that's what she really think?
Anya:What?
Lucy:Since our very first encounter,I was the one talking to you.The real Lucy has been asleep deep inside while I was controlling her body.You have no idea what she thinks because you haven't talked to the real her.
Anya:Your wrong!
Lucy:Oh?
Anya:When her parents weren't able to come visit her,I felt her sadness! It was real! There's no way that could have been you!
Lucy:Hmmm.That part of her must have affected me but that doesn't matter.Now that I have you immobilize,I'll take this chance to kill you.
Anya:Zero will be here any second! You won't get away with this!
Lucy:You mean your partner? I'm afraid that he's too busy dealing with Hannah.
Anya:Hannah? Lucy's personal nurse?
Lucy:I gave her part of my magic and made her act like she was the witch.That way,my chances of being found out decreases greatly.Right now,I believe that she's busy dealing with him.And even if her power is only 1/4 of mine,it'll still be enough to take him down!
Anya:No! Zero won't lose to anyone! He'll come for sure!
Lucy:Say what you want but there's no way he's leaving his fight with Hannah alive!

A drawer near the bed opens by itself.Several sharp items like scissors,sewing needles and nails slowly floats from the drawer and circles around Lucy.Anya had a bad feeling about what's about to happen.

Lucy:While the two of us were together,I had plenty of time to secretly examine you and found out what kind of ability you have.Your attributes are way above of that of a normal human and you seem to have an ability that greatly boost your attributes even further but you still don't have control over it.Lucky me.(giggles)
Anya:D-damn it...(murmurs)
Lucy:Now be a good girl and let me poke you several times.Even if you're an Agent,you'll still die from massive blood lost.

Lucy snaps her finger and one scissor flies toward Anya and stabs her on the arm with great speed.She gives out a scream of pain as blood flows from the wound.

Lucy:Save your strength since there are more to come.Torture has always been my specialty.

Anya bears the pain and manage to say a few words.

Anya:Lucy! Wake up! Please wake up! Fight it! Don't let her control you like this!
Lucy:It's useless.There's no way that she'll gain control of her body as long as I'm here.

Two nails were aiming at Anya's head.Lucy snaps her finger and the nails flies toward her but at the last second,the door suddenly breaks down and Zero come charging in with great speed.Once he was in front of Anya,his body emits a brown aura and deflects the nails using his right arm.Anya couldn't help but smile with joy after seeing Zero come to her rescue.
