Thursday arrived thankfully quick and so Chris, Chloe, Jaydon, Shannon, Channing and Savannah went to collect their new addition to the family.
Skylar was so excited to see them. She ran straight into their arms. After all the final paperwork was completed they took her home. Well, that's at least what Jaydon and Chloe thought until they realised Chris was driving in a complete opposite direction. After quite a drive Chris pulled up onto the drive of a modern house. "Who's house is this?"Chloe wondered. Chris smirked before replying happily "Surprise, this house is ours darling. I brought it a few weeks ago and at Lunch and Break times I've been decorating it." They all looked shocked. The house was quite a large white building with huge brown oak doors as the entrance. "Come inside." Chris led them all inside and started to tour around the house.
On the ground floor was the living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and small bathroom. Both the living room and kitchen had a sky blue and crystal white colour scheme and were full of the latest gadgets. The dining room was very basic but quite large. Chris them led them upstairs where the family bathroom was and the five bedrooms. Chris showed Jaydon his room first. The walls were painted a crimson red and had The Avengers painted upon them. The bed looked like a car which had a Captain America shield logo on the duvet. His jacket hanger was a red giraffe too. Skylar's room was painted a electric purple colour. It had musical notes and disney princesses painted on the walls. The bed was inside a Cinderella's carriage and she had lanterns above the bed just like from Tangled. Chris and Chloe's own room was blue and silver. A huge four poster bed sat in the middle of the room. On the walls were different music groups and actors. It was all very modern. Everyone had a TV in their room. In the attic was a gaming room and painting room.
Chris finally led them outside. The garden was huge. They had a small swimming pool, a shed, green house, playground, trampoline and a garden swing. "The house is incredible, thank you." Chloe beamed feeling excited to move in with her new family.
Joseph had a huge grin upon his face when his new family came to collect him. All the paper work was completed quickly so Channing, Shannon and Savannah could take him home. However Channing didn't drive home, instead he pulled up on the drive of another house. "Who lives here?" Shannon questioned. "We do sweetie. Brought it a few weeks back then decorated it on my days off, surprise!" Channing confessed. They all looked amazed. It was quite a large house. It was a Tudor styled black and white striped property. "Come on in." Channing led them inside to give a tour of their new home.
On the ground floor was the living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and small bathroom. The living room had a violet and cream colour scheme and the kitchen had a red and black colour scheme. The dining room was very old fashioned. Gadgets filled every room. Up the spiral staircase to the second floor was 5 bedrooms and a bathroom and in the attic a gaming and art room. Channing showed Savannah her room first. The walls were painted a coral pink and there were different quotes and characters from her favourite novels painted onto it. Her bed looked like a castle and she had fairy lights over it. Joseph's room was painted light green but over them were different time eras and what people would've looked like then carefully painted onto them. His bed was a tank. Channing and Shannon's own room had a purple and white theme. They had a four poster bed and 1980's film related things on the walls.
Channing then led them to the garden. It was huge. They had a pool, play park, trampoline, shed and a garden with pretty flowers and statues section were Shannon and Savannah could read there in peace on the garden swing. "This is perfect, thanks." Shannon beamed as she smiled at their new home. She couldn't wait to move in.
