Missed Me?

(Tiffany's P.O.V.)

I was at work, stressing to write a decent paragraph for the article in "Gravity Falls Trends". If Mabel was here right now, then she would be an awesome help for this article about this Summer's fashion trend. My shift is going to end soon and I haven't even finished three sentences!
"Need help with that, Writer?" A voice spoke. I turned my chair around and saw Bill Cipher. I growl lowly at him. He can't even touch me because of the necklace he had accidentally got from dad. "I see you still have what belongs to your father." He points to my necklace.
"Yeah, so now go and leave me alone, Cipher. I'm not in the mood right now." I told him, turning around in my chair to face my laptop. Suddenly, my swivel chair was being spun around.
"Aw, that's not how you treat a person. You should know better, Writer." I hear him. The chair stops spinning, but now my head was spinning like crazy. "You're even cuter when you're dizzy!" He exclaims.
I can now see straight and properly. I look at Bill and scowl at him. "I know you want something from me, Bill. What is it?" I question him, standing up from my chair.
"Always so persistent," he chuckled. "anyways, I want to make a small deal with you."
I raise an eyebrow at him. "What's this deal then?" I ask, curious.
"I'll leave you alone for awhile in exchange for a date." He offered.
I didn't get the date part, so I said, "Okay, I'll call one of my friends and-"
"I meant with you, Doll." He whispered in my ear.
"Hold up!" I exclaimed. Almost everyone was out so I didn't have to worry about anyone hearing us. "You're saying that you want to go on a date with me and you'll leave me alone for some time?" I restate his deal.
"Exactly. So, what will it be?" He held out his hand, blue fire burning brightly. I thought hard about the deal. If I do this, then this imbecile will leave me alone for awhile, but what if he tricks me? He already did that with Dipper, who knows what he'll do next.
"Well?"
"Give me some time to think about this, Cipher." I told him.
"Okay, I'll come back in your dreams then." He tried to grab my hand, but I guess he forgot about the necklace and got burned. He glared at me but his gaze softened on me and his flirtatious smirk came back. "Smart I see, well on our date, you'll have to take that off." He pointed to the necklace. Finally, he left. I sat back down in my chair. I read the clock on my laptop. 11:46 pm. Shoot, my shift ended an hour and 26 minutes ago! I quickly pack my stuff and exited the building.
'Thanks a lot, Bill.'

~A Drive Home Later~

I arrived home at midnight and saw that some of the lights were on. I tiptoed to the kitchen and saw a pizza box on the table. They must've had pizza when I away gone.
"Where were you?" I hear someone question. I turn around and saw dad and mom.
I sigh, putting my stuff down on the chair. I make sure the necklace is hidden before answering. "I stayed late at work,"
"Why did you? We were both worried." Mom asked me.
"Because I had to finish up something, okay? Just go back to sleep please." I said, grabbing two slices and putting the plate with the two slices in the microwave.

I was whispering to Ford as Tiffany was making herself food. "Do you think she's hiding something, Ford?" I whisper.
"Possibly, but I think we should just leave her for now until morning." He whispers back, taking me upstairs to our room.
"I just realized something," I start. "we never asked our daughter where she works at."
"You're right, but as long as she has a good paying job, then I'm alright with where she's working at." He flatly said.
I was kind of getting pissed at his tone. Ever since we got back, he's been working down in the basement and sleeping all night after he's done. He won't tell me anything that's on his mind and even when we were younger years ago, he still wouldn't tell me anything.
I stopped him in his tracks. We're both standing in the hallway in front of our room. "Stanford, is there something you're not telling me?" I ask him. He doesn't answer. "Stanford Filbrick Pines, what is it that you're not telling me?" I repeat.
"Stella, it's nothing, I promise." He told me.
"No, I know you're lying. What happened to the Stanford that would trust me?"
He grabbed my hands gently. The feeling of his six fingers still feel amazing and mysterious to me. "Have I told you about my old friend years ago?"

Tiffany watched her parents talking about something from the hallway, but she couldn't hear them. She sneakily went inside her bedroom and got ready for bed. She grabbed a purple tank top and black booty shorts and flopped on her bed after putting away her glasses.

I was somewhere with a white background, almost like if it was a void.
"So, what's your answer, Writer?" I turned around and saw Bill in his triangle form.
"Nobody has to know, right?" I ask.
"Nobody's gonna know, Doll. It can be our little secret." He huskily confirmed.
"Fine, deal." I held my hand out and he shook it.
"See you tomorrow, Writer. Bye!"
