~Kat's POV~
I woke up in a hospital bed. I looked around. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Kat? You're okay!" A guy said running up to me and giving me a hug. "Who are you?" I asked. I don't remember who he is. He backed up and looked very upset that I didn't remember him. "I'm Chandler. Your best friend, boyfriend, the guy you're marrying." He said with his voice cracking. "I'm sorry, I don't remember you. I don't remember anyone here." I said looking around at the people in my room. "Wait." I stopped and saw someone who did look familiar. "Ally?" I asked. She smiled. "I remember you." I said happily. "Y-you don't remember me?" Chandler asked. "No, I'm sorry. I can only remember Ally. I remember being at a house and she had a birthday party. She was turning 4. She had a bouncy house and a ball pit and a karaoke machine. I remember cause I had to sing and it was the first time that I sang in front of-" I stopped and realized it was him. "In front of you. And I was terrified. I do remember you. You're the person who's made me happier than anyone else ever has in the whole world. I remember that I love you. And I'm sorry that I couldn't remember you." I said sadly. "It was just for a few minutes. It's okay." He said. "What about me?" A lady asked. "You're my mom. I remember all of you now." I smiled. After a few hours they let me out of the hospital. I was still in a lot of pain. "Kat are you okay?" Chandler asked. "Yeah, why?" I replied. "You're pale. And you look like you hurt a lot." He said. "Nah, I'm okay. Can I ask you a question though?" I said sitting on the couch next to him. "Of course." He said. "What happened to Brett?" I asked. "Honestly, I have no idea. But Ally is still staying with us for a while right?" He smiled. "She can. Why, she don't bother you?" I laughed. "Not at all. I love having her here." He smiled. "Do you remember everything we've been through or just the party?" He asked sadly. "Just the party but I've not really tried to remember anything else. Can you help me remember?" I asked. "Well, when we first met, it was at school you ran into me in the hallway. You kept apologizing. I just got lost in your eyes. A few days later it happened again. I asked you to hangout that Saturday. I let you meet the whole cast of The Walking Dead-" he started explaining before I cut him off. "The Walkig Dead! I forgot about that. I missed the last episode danget." I said. He laughed. "Anyways. You were surprised I even liked you. You weren't used to people caring for you. I had found out that you were beat by your dad and I was heartbroken." He paused and looked at me. I remembered the pain. "I remember." I said. "But you just amazed me with how strong you are. And your beauty just knocked the breath out of me. You're gorgeous. There was the day I realized I love you, it was at the arcade. When you beat my butt at donkey kong." He laughed. "When I saw you, I couldn't believe how beautiful you are. Oh and at prom, it was the best dance I have ever been to. God, you looked so beautiful. You always do. Even in your usual sweatpants and hoodie. You're flawless." He said smiling. "I forgot how much I love that smile." I said. He smiled back. "It's late." He said. "You wanna go to bed?" I asked. He nodded. We went up stairs and laid down. A few hours of laying there I was just thinking. "You still awake?" Chandler asked. "Yeah." I whispered. He pulled me closer. "We can stay up and talk or watch a movie. What do you wanna do?" He asked. "Let's go for a walk." I said happily. "At 3 in the morning?" He laughed. "Yeah." I smiled. He shrugged and got up. We walked outside. "So we pick up Ally tomorrow?" He asked. I nodded. We walked for a while and then went back home and laid down. We fell asleep almost instantly.
