Late Night Flights

9:30pm and I was sitting on an aeroplane waiting to start our three hour journey to California.
Luckily I was able to convince Shawn and Aaron to allow me to have the window seat, after what felt like hours off arguing they gave in and allowed me to have it.
A lady wearing the airport uniform came from the back and started hushing all the passengers, she went through the safety rules and things that we needed to know, once she left we were able to fly.
I felt somebody's hand hold onto to mine, obviously knowing it was Shawn's I intertwined our fingers.
"I'll be here the whole time, squeeze my hand if you want"
He whispered into my ear, I nodded as I felt the aeroplane engine turn on. Wit. All the emotions I was feeling I didn't really notice the butterfly's doing summersaults in my stomach at this present time.
My breathing started to intensify which meant I was on the verge off panicking, I closed my eyes and held them shut.
I imagined California and what it would be like, how summery and fun it would be. I couldn't wait to get there. I imagined the beach, the ocean, waves and ice cream until I felt myself calm down.
I slowly opened my eyes to see everyone talking and chatting as normal, I looked towards Shawn and gave him a smile.
"Are we flying?"
I whispered looking into the dark skyline.
"Yup. You kinda squeezed my hand off though"
I quickly looked down to see a red looking hand I quickly let go off his hand embarrassed.
"Sorry"
I say looking down but he quickly grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers.
"I like it"
He whispered as I rested my head on his shoulder.
"Sleep, when we land it'll be 1am and we have a show at 10am so I think you need to sleep"
I nodded as my eyes became heavy as I felt Shawn's heartbeat pumping loudly.
I closed my eyes as the chatting of other passengers soon died down.

--Aaron p.o.v. (Oh you didn't expect that)---
We were an hour and a half into the flight, Scarlett fell asleep the first ten minutes of the journey and Shawn feel asleep like half an hour in.
I looked over to them both, they were such cute 'friends' like I mean they're always there for each other.
Scarlett had her head rested on Shawn's shoulder and Shawn had his arm wrapped around her as if he was protecting her.
I quickly snapped a picture and put the caption 'friendship goals af' so when we got off the plane it would upload.
I envied there relationship I mean even just there friendship, we all know they are going to date soon they'll be goals then but even their friendship is so caring and loving. I envy it.
I then switched my phone off and closed my eyes as I soon I drifted off to sleep.

--Shawn's p.o.v---
I woke up to Aaron shaking me, I quickly stirred and opened my eyes and yawned.
"Wake up sleepy head"
Aaron mumbled as he stood up to stretch.
I quickly tapped Scarlett's shoulder as she started to move.
"What?"
She asked as she got out off my grasp and started to stretch.
"Are we here?"
She asked as I grabbed my bag and swung it over my shoulder.
We waited till most people were off and then we all got off the plane, the cold air hitting us.
It was freezing but the sky was beautiful.
Scarlett soon joined me as we looked up at the stars.
"Wow"
She whispered as I watched her looking at the sky.
"Wow"
I agreed before I grabbed her hand and we jogged up to the others.
"Right were going to go straight to the hotel and you are all are going to sleep, you'll only have like 4hours but it's better than nothing, set alarms for 8-30-9:00 well becoming to your rooms at 9:30 to leave for the venue"
Bart explained as we reached waited for our luggage.
"Is it boys in one and girls in the other?"
Taylor said very loudly for 1am I had no clue how he had any energy at all.
"We have a big room for you all to stay in, there are double beds."
Bart said as he handed Jack J his luggage.
"A boy and Girl can share a bed but I'm warning you, no funny business or you'll regret it"
Manny added as everybody turned to Madison and Jack, who both grew bright red.
"Hey it shouldn't be us you'll be worried about its them two!"
Jack said in defence pointing at Scarlett and I, I looked the other way so nobody could tell I was blushing.
"Shut up Gilinsky"
Scarlett sleepy voice said she went to pull away from my hand but I held onto it tighter.
"I'm cold"
I whispered as everyone grabbed there things and started walking to the exit.
"Sure you are"
She whispered back which made me go a tiny bit redder than I already was.
I quickly opened the door and held it open.
"After you, Ma lady"
I said in a posh voice which made Scarlett laugh.
"Thank you Sir"
She said mimicking my accent but failing completely.
"Fuck its cold"
I mumbled as I wrapped my arm around Scarlett's waist, for warmth.
I know what your thinking and yes I did it for warmth.
She rested her head on my shoulder as she wrapped her hands around her body in attempt to warm herself up.
"I would be a gentlemen and offer you my sweater but I have a very thin t-shirt under this and I'm afraid I may die of frostbite"
I said as we reached the car Scarlett got out of my grasp and raised an eyebrow at me.
"That would be a sight"
She said while winking before climbing into the van.
I quietly chuckled to myself before I followed in.
I want to be able to call her mine, I want to be able to kiss her, hold her hand in a not friendly way, I want to hold her and hug her as if she was mine.
I think I'm falling for her.
I think I'm falling for Scarlett.
