First day in Magcon//

---one month later---
In this past month nothing has really changed, Shawn and I haven't really spoken much about the kiss. We have kissed again but he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend which kinda sucks but then again he's probably thinking of our friendship. Shawn and I have really become closer though, we way closer than we were one month ago which I really like.
Emma and Jason, it wasn't a great happy ending, they broke up. To my surprise Emma wasn't as gutted as I thought she'd be, she said they were drifting apart.
Mason and Eva aren't together;yet. Mason still hasn't worked up the courage to ask her. That's what's happened in the month, not much drama which I like.
I wrapped the towel around my body as I hurried into my bedroom trying to be as quiet as possible. I checked my phone to see I had a couple of messages.
It was already 4:56am, I woke at 4:30 to shower and everything and Emma and I have to be at shawms for 5:30am to be at the airport for a flight at 8am.
I gently awoke Emma receiving a few mumbles and groans.
"Get up and shower you only have half an hour"
I say turning the light on so she will defiantly awake.
"I'm up! I'm up"
She yells but then quickly covers her mouth as she realises its still extremely early in the morning. She then grabs her outfit for today and quietly runs into the restroom.
I then grab my outfit which consists off: black leggings, a floral crop top and a pull over hoodie with Galaxy styled vans.
As it was June it was starting to become really hot but as we were flying early I had to make sure I had something to cover my arms.
I quickly got dressed and then I combed my hair and tied it into a high pony tail.
Once my hair looked as good as it can for 5am I quickly applied a little bit of concealer and foundation. Only because my bags are terrible; I have zero make up on this morning but I didn't really need to put effort because we were only flying.
Once I finished my look I went around my room to check I had all the things I needed in my mini suitcase.
We were only going for four days but we needed to bring like extra clothing, bathing suits and things like that.
Once I was pretty sure I had everything I sat on my bed waiting for Emma.
I checked my phone;5:17am.
Lucky for Emma Shawn lived in a quick five minutes walk.
I then checked my messages.

I sigh at his attempt to wind me up I then received a text from Madison.

Eventually Emma came out the restroom dressed and ready to go, for the last time we checked if we left anything behind and headed downstairs. My mom was still asleep as well as the twins, we said our goodbyes last night.
I scribbled a quick note with my messy handwriting saying how I will always have my phone on me ect ect and dropped Shawn a quick text to say we were on our way.
We than got our things and headed out the door, I then locked it behind me.
I won't be doing that for another 4 days, I hope I don't get homesick bad.
I really hope I don't have any panic attacks because then they'd be trouble.

---at the airport---
It's was 7:47am and we were all currently sitting on the chairs waiting for a flight to be called.
Manny was our legal guardian and was responsible for Emma, Shawn and I.
Manny, Bart and a lady named Ella our the adults that will be 'supervising' us throughout the trip. I adore manny, he is so caring towards everyone and he has such a kind heart. All his family is especially Aaliyah. She's a sweetheart.
"Flight 67; New York to Dallas. New York to Dallas please board plane 17"
The microphone things beeped out several times.
This flight wasn't too bad it was only 3hrs and 48minutes. I think this was the shortest plane ride of them all.
I held shawn's hand as we boarded the plane with Emma hooking with my arm. Not going lie I'm quite anxious.
After about a 20minute wait they let us find our seats, manny was sitting near the back next to a stranger so we could all sit together.
Shawn was by the window, me in the middle and Emma at the end.
I wanted to go by the window but both of them wanted to sit next to me, so I've already dibs the window seat next time.
I sent a quick message to my mom saying we were about to fly and turned my phone onto aeroplane mode, I'm not sure if you have to do that but I did anyway.
"This is going to be wicked"
Emma says excitedly clapping her hands.
"I know, it's going to be insane"
Shawn says with just as much enthusiasm. To be honest I don't understand how they have this much energy for 8am.
Suddenly the lady who tells you everything ( I don't know what they are called) hushed everybody.
Few seconds later all the giggling and chats had slowly died down.
The lady was explaining what to do if we were to crash and how to use the oxygen mask, which only made me more uptight.
"Okay, have a safe flight"
She finished before she headed over to the back of the plane.
I slowly closed my eyes and took deep breaths.
Shawn and Emma both noticed I was a bit anxious because they both grabbed on of my hands at the same time which made me chuckle.
The plane slowly lifted up which made me squeeze shawn's and Emma hand which made them wince.
What felt like for ever we were finally up in the air, seeing the amazing views.
