I lied. I lied about half of the story. Yes, I did have an argument with my parents before they left, but I lied on how they died. They never died because of the rain, they died because of me. Everything is because of me. I should have never gotten drunk that night. They argued because of me and because of that they died.
I couldn't get myself to tell them the whole truth. I had a feeling that when they did they would hate me and tell me it's all my fault. They'll leave me to break apart on my own. I already have to listen to my 'parents' blame me that it's my fault they died. It's hurts so much to hear it, but I know it's true.
I parked my car on the side of Brooklyn Road. I shut off the car and got off. I was careful as I went down the hill. It was steep and I didn't want to get hurt. As I got to the flat ground, I saw the tree. The tree they crashed into, because of me. In front of the tree were two crosses with names carved in. Buried there were two loved ones, ones I didn't show much respect and love.

A loving wife and mother
October 15, 1972-April 16, 2012I slumped to the ground on my knees not caring if my jeans got muddy and green. I stared at the ground. There they lie and I hope they lie peacefully. At least they don't have to deal with me. I miss them so fuckin much. They were my everything and I lost them. Because of me they are six feet under the ground. I will never forgive myself. Never. All of the sudden memories ran through my head more like statements from people I hate with so much passion.
"It's your fault!"
"You're nothing. No wonder they left you!"
"Just die, nobody will care!"
"You're an orphan!"
"You have no parents. Loner!"
They're laughs played in my ears and I covered them shaking my head. My parents words ran through my ears making me sob uncontrollably.
"We love you."
"Your our everything."
"You're beautiful."
"Forever."
"Happy Birthday! We love you!"
"We will never leave you."
"We promise."
"You promised." I whispered. I lied on the ground curling into a ball, leaning against the tombstones crosses. Soon I was drifting off to sleep. With one thought.
You promised.
~Ryder POV~
She left. She just left running to her car. She just said she can't let people in. But why? Is there something she's not telling us. Definitely. But at least I know a little of her. She's stronger than she thinks she is. After she left, all four of us sat in my car confused as fuck. I turned to Juily who looked sad and disappointed. Why disappointed?
"Where do you think she would go?" I ask after searching around the town.
She thought about for a second. "The park!" She exclaimed.
