"Say it right, say it all."

I am dressed in a navy blue half sleeves shirt and a black mini pleated skirt that falls onto my knees. Securing my feet in yellow sandals, I couldn't help but admire myself. The girl before me in the mirror was...hot and definitely not me. My hair was tamed into a side braid that I thought would be be casual for this occasion. Putting on a bit of my lip gloss, which I hardly ever used, I was ready.
A knock on the door erupts my ears as I take a nervous last glance at myself, heading out to receive Max. Of course it would be him.
"Hi Ma—" I stop, realising it wasn't Max. In fact, it was his best friend.
"Hey Nashy," I pull him in for a hug, telling him that we were okay. I could already feel his boyish grin behind me when he hugged me.
"Hey Soph ball," he chimes.
My eyes turn to slits. "Oh," I begin, eyeing him wearily, "Is this you taking revenge for me calling you Nashy?"
He cockliy shakes his head, smirking at me. God, what's with all the boys and smirking?
"Awww. Come on," I pout at him. Something tells me that he's eyeing me but I tend to ignore the fact... but... It's really uncomfortable. God.
"You... ermm... look beautiful Sophia. Gorgeous." He smiles at me and reaches out his hand, tucking my hair strand behind my ear, the universal sign of nervousness. Great, he just increased the tension in the air. Thanks Nash.
"Um... so, ah... Max kinda sent me to pick you up and you know, so we can go to the amusement park. And before you ask, yeah, Max is at the park waiting for you." He smiles at me and takes my hand.
Oh Lord. Holy freaking meatballs!!
"I'm so sorry. I... let's just go." He walks ahead of me as to guide me. He may have sensed my nervousness. I dunno.
The way I stiffened, my cheeks turn fifty shades of red and in that faint moment, I wish that the ground had swallowed me as a whole.
I follow him outside once I lock the door. Thank god no one was home...especially that bitch Victoria.
"Wow. Nice car Nashy." I bite my tongue taking in the beauty before my eyes. A red Ferrari Modena with no roof.
Rich brats, I say to myself, all of them.
"A beauty, isn't she?" Nash admires his car and swings in his long legs into the car instead of opening the door.
"Yeah. Such a beauty. I'm mesmerised." I giggle. He pats the seat beside him and I hop in. Just like all other boys who would have killed me if I had put my feet on the dashboard, Nash doesn't say anything.
And that's why I love this guy. He's different... or that's what I thought about him.
He starts the engine, stealing glances between me and the road — what a cute idiot. I smile to myself. "Nashy?" I pout at him.
"Ah...yeah?" Oh man, he is so cute, I almost want to pull his cheeks.
"Eyes on the road Nashy." I almost giggle but restrain myself from doing so. Now it was his time to blush.
Wow, Nash River Collins blushed too. Gimme my bets now people!
"Is he treating you well?"
"Huh?" It takes me a moment to register to what's he saying.
