"Oh baby when you talk like that, you make the woman go mad."

Okay, so maybe prom actually was a beautiful thing like people had told me. It was a wonderful sensation, especially for a girl, now I know it. The occasion actually made me feel special and to think that all if this would fade away the moment the night ends.
Poof, and everything will be gone like there easy nothing this magical a day before the next day.
That's why I had to make tonight special, I had to. For myself, and for Max. I smiled at the thought of the boy who had captured my heart. The boy who I knew loved me with all the life in him.
Max had let me in so many times, telling me a lot about his family and his life before he moved to New York. Who would believe that Max Eric Anderson was actually born in a small village in England, namely Cheshire. At first, I couldn't even belive it myself but then he explained of how his grandmother took care of him until he was five and then handed him over to his parents who left for England later on.
Max and Cheshire? Um, no.
He even told me about his sister, how much she was a little princess to him and how he always wanted to protect her from all the nasty things outside.
He even described his friendship with Nash. Apparently, Nash's mother, Abigail was Max's mother's doctor and also her very good friend. Unfortunately, she died when Nash was in his early teenage years.
May her soul rest in peace.
Must have been an amazing woman who raised such a splendid and beautiful child. A child with a pure heart and soul. It pained me that Nash lost his mother, maybe that's why he never told me much or anything at all about her.
I don't blame him. I still remember how much pain I felt when my mother died.
So the conclusion? We were all a bunch of orphans or semi-orphans (if that's even a word) trying to find a way to live out our lives.
"Time to get ready." I murmured to myself and went into the shower. Max would be here in 2 hours approximately, so I had ample time to get ready.
I showered and wrapped a towel around my body as I stepped out of the steamy room. My dress for tonight was already laid down neatly on my bed. I traced my fingers on the black sparkly gown.
So much for $983.06.
I mean, dude, come on, that's too freaking much. It surprises me that Max paid for such an expensive dress.
After I had it on, I twirled in front of the mirror and giggled. "Oh Max, what am I ever gonna do with you?" I said to myself. As nervous as I was, my mind couldn't help but wonder what Max would look like tonight.
Handsome, drop dead beautiful, amazing, sexy.
Annnnnnd the list goes on forever. No matter how much my brain told me I loved Max with all the fiber of my being, my heart still had its doubts. I just don't know why my heart kept in giving me this red light about Max.
I, however, refused to belive this. He was the one. I just know it.
After I had my dress on, I placed my black heels in my feet that Chase forcefully got me. Even though there was no need. They were crisscrossed in black strips, making them even more appealing to the eye than they already were.
