Grayson's POV-

"Are you almost done editing?" I asked Ethan as I sat on our new couch. I watch as he runs his hands frustratedly through his thick hair as he nods.

"Yeah bro, but I need a break." He says and gets up to go who knows where.

I hear my stomach grumble so I go towards rhe fridge to get something to eat. After finding nothing to eat I began to crave a cake which gave me a good idea for next weeks video.

"ETHAN." I shout from the kitchen.

"Yo." He says running in with only underwear on.

"Get dressed. We are going to the store."

"Why?"

"Just shut up and get dressed will you?" I snap at him while grabbing my phone and getting ready to head out the door.

After shopping around the grocery store for foods we think make a cake, along with food to eat at the apartment, we check out to leave. I follow Ethan with a few bags in my hand and wait as he calls up an uber.

"Oh my gosh you're Grayson." I hear from behind me and see a tall blonde standing behind me with her phone out. Soon enough, a few other girls pop out of no where.

"Hey yeah. What's your name?" I smile. She squeals before hugging me. I wrap my arms around her waist and squeeze her. I loved meeting fans. It always made my day.

"Can we get pictures?" A few girls asked Ethan and I. We nodded and took pictures and chatted with the girls. We talked about all kinds of things and it sure helped pass time while we waited.

"Hey how are you and Hayden?" One of them asks. I smile at the mention of her name and it makes me miss her more and more.

"We're good. I miss her a lot." I tell them. They all look at each other with shocked expressions. I look at E and he shrugs.

"Even after she cheated on you?" One of them says.

"What are you talking about?" Ethan snaps his head in the girls direction. My mouth was open but no words were coming out. This has to be a rumor I mean, Hayden wouldn't cheat on me. I know she wouldn't especially after what she's been through.

"It's all over twitter how she cheated on you with her ex." The all say. I look at Ethan and back at them, still not knowing what to say. She wouldn't cheat on me with Cole, or at least I don't think she would.

Our uber pulls up just in time so I wouldn't have to hear anymore about this. I get into the uber, waving to the many lovely fans before going onto twitter where my notifications were blowing up more than usual.

@dolansbaby- I can't believe she would cheat on you. you deserve better. @graysondolan

@cupcakedolan- Hayden is a bitch, nuff said. @graysondolan

@idcdolan- well at least @graysondolan is single and hayden is back to fucking her redneck ex :)

All the tweets in my notifications were pissing me off. Whether this is true or not they need to stop jumping to conclusion with out someone confirming this stuff. And all the harsh things they were saying about her really upset me. Even thought I am upset with all this.

I go to my messages and text Hayden.

Me- We need to talk. FaceTime tonight?
Baby- Yes. I know what you want to talk about so hear me out, okay? I love you Grayson. So much.

I didn't respond as we pulled up to the apartment thanking the Uber and walking inside. When we get in I rush to my room and slam the door tossing myself on my bed.

Please tell me this isn't real. Please.

Me- Is now okay?
Baby- Yes. I'll call you.
Me- Okay.

I wait for her call and as I do, I pop my knuckles and bounce my knee. I don't know why I am so nervous. As I hear the ringtone, I press answer and watch as her beautiful face pops up.

"Hi." Her sweet voice says through the phone.

"Hey." I say looking at her. I look away and lower my head.

"Grayson, I want you to know that everything you are hearing is false. I know sometimes it's hard to trust people and it's hard to know whether or not they are lying, but I would never even think about cheating on you. Especially with Cole. When I was at school today Cole paid his friend to start a tweet saying I cheated on you. I cussed Cole out in front of the whole school because of it and left home with Payton crying because I was scared of the hate I was getting and scared that most of all, you wouldn't believe me. I love you too damn much to ever cheat on you. You are the best thing that has happened to me and I thank god every day for you. Thinking about cheating on you with someone who hurt me and destroyed me has never once crossed my mind. You mean so much to me and thinking about losing you and not having you is my biggest fear. I love you so so much." Her innocent voice grows smaller and smaller as she begins to whimper, and it is now that I realize she is crying.

"Baby." I whisper. "Please don't cry. It pains me to see you upset and not being able to comfort you." I tell her and hear her sniffle.

"I'm so so scared." She whispers.

"Of what?"

"Of losing you." She tells me and hides her face from the camera.

"You're not loosing me Hayden. I believe you. I knew all along that you wouldn't, especially with that asshole. It doesn't surprise me he did this, and it makes me want to fly my ass to Oklahoma and beat the shit out of him." I tell her. "And it pains me knowing that he is trying to ruin you, and us. I love you so much Hayden and I promise this will get better. Just stay off social media and I will handle this okay?"

She nods her head and sighs, wiping her tears from her pink stained cheeks. "Okay. and Gray?"

"Yes?"

"I miss you."

"I miss you too, Beautiful. Get some rest, I will talk to you in the morning okay baby?"

"Mhm." She hums sleepily into the phone. I blow her a kiss making her smile before hanging up and making me way to twitter.

I then decide to turn my phone off and toss it aside as I get into my bed and stare at the ceiling. About five minutes later Ethan comes into my room and lays down next to me. "I'm proud of you bro." He tells me.

"Thanks."

"I never believed the things people were saying. Hayden loves you too much." He tells me.

"I love her too." I whisper as I shut my eyes and roll over.

I just wish people didn't feel the need to go out of their way to ruin other peoples happiness. No matter what. It's wrong and disrespectful. One day, I hope no one has to go through hate and rumors. That whats I wish for the future to come.
