Chapter 16: The Jealousy Game (part 2)

At lunch, I swear Josh was tormenting me. I usually ate in Mr. S's room, but for some reason, Josh had decided to get in there with Jennica. As soon as I entered, the room, he looked at me and kissed Jennica. I wanted to barf, and cry. My friends pushed me in, and I decided that maybe it was time to let all the anger out. After all, Mr. S wasn't even there.

"Oh, I'm sorry, are we interrupting?" I asked as my friends sat down.

"Yeah, can you guys leave?" asked Josh as he stopped kissing Jennica.

"Sorry, but you don't own this classroom!" I said as I sat down.

"Fine, whatever..." said josh.

I turned my back to him so he couldn't see me hurt. My friends looked at me and Robin grabbed my hand. My eyes started to well up.

"Look, can you not suck each other's faces, you're making me want to regurgitate my food!" yelled Karolina.

Karolina watched as they walked out. Tears started to stream down my face like the water down Niagara falls.

"Megan, it'll be okay!" said Robin as she hugged me.

I just cried everything out. I couldn't believe I gave him the time off day. He threw me away after just a couple of weeks like I was nothing to him. All the crap he fed me was bull shit. I hated Josh. I hated every single bit of him.

After lunch, I wasn't looking forward to chemistry. Sadly, he was in my group for this lab that Mrs. S chose. Apparently our class wasn't good at making groups, so she paired Karolina and I with Josh and Miguel. If only she knew what was going through my mind.

"Look, we can go to Mrs. S about it!" said Karolina.

"No, look I don't want to be the immature one. I can deal with him and his stupid ass..." I said.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure that you have little interaction with him then!" said Karolina as we walked to my locker.

Karolina had put her chem stuff in my locker, so that we'd have little interaction with Josh. I opened my locker and I still hadn't managed to rip the pictures.

"Yenno, you should probably get rid of those..." said Karolina as she moved her hand towards one. 

"Wait..." I said.

"Megan?"

"I'll do it..."

Just then, I saw Josh walk past looking at Karolina and I. As soon as we made eye contact, he looked away.

"Right now..." I said as I grabbed all the photos and ripped them at once.

I gave them to Karolina to throw away, and then I grabbed our stuff. I closed my locker and then we walked over to the chem room. The door was still locked shut, and Josh was standing there. I dropped my agenda randomly, and picked it up. As I got up, I saw Josh with Jennica. I felt so hurt and pissed, but I didn't bother showing it.  

"Hey Megan, you forgot a couple pictures!" said Karolina as she pointed to my agenda.

I had several pictures of Josh and I in my agenda.

"Oh right!" I said as I ripped them off, tore them apart, and then crumpled them up into a ball and threw them into the trash bin beside Josh.

I turned around and faced Karolina.

"Dude, Josh totally watched you do that and he seemed so pissed..." said Karolina.
