-Lena's P.O.V.-
I sat in the dark room, my head hanging down. There were no windows, and a single, locked door. My blue hair hid my pale face and blue eyes from the world, my pale, skinny hands folded on my lap. Today, I would be going to the human village to bring back the sacrifice.
Today, I'll kill another human for survival, and cook them. Today, was another day that I go further away from my humanity. The demons who held me captive, would rather watch me slowly loose my humanity than kill me outright. They wanted to make an example of me.
Yes, of course. I'm in this position because the humans didn't give the demons their sacrifice on time. So, they forked me up.
"It's time to rise an' shine, girly!" Kenu stated, slamming the wooden door open, a blast of light in my eyes, which caused me to tightly shut them, wincing in pain. "You gotta get ready to go fetch them sacrifices today!"
"Instead of one from the village," a man I knew as Shikura started, his deep voice calm and steady. "You get to lure four travelers today."
"And, as bonus, you need to be dressed up and presentable." Demushi stated, and I could picture a smirk on his face. "Even though covering your bruises and scars'll be a royal pain in the ass."
"Y~yes sirs." I muttered, one of them roughly grabbing my arm, then pulled me out into the bright outside.
The sky above was blue, with a few white, fluffy~looking clouds. The air was warm, but, it was to be expected, since we were in a desert. The sand scratched my bare feet, the male demons putting shackles on my ankles and wrists, as to assure them that I wouldn't, or rather couldn't, run away from them. The wind lightly blew, my blue hair rustling to the side, revealing my dull, blue eyes. The demon village I stayed at was the same since I was forced to stay here, the same stench that was always assaulting my nose whenever they'd open that door.
Shikura dragged me off, the other two beside him, to make sure I didn't escape. I obediently followed them to the river, my short, midthigh, white shoulderless dress hanging loosely on my frail body. The ground turned from sand to dirt as we neared the river, the smell of water dancing through my nose and mouth.
"A'right, go get cleaned up, then come back for yer clothes, got it?" Kenu asked, unshackling me, pushing me into the cold water.
The water was inviting, as I wasn't allowed to bathe except on these special occasions. I slipped into the deeper part of the water, as so the three men couldn't see below my shoulders, and slipped my white, now see through, dress off. I submerged under the water, getting my hair wet, then emerged back up.
Demushi threw two bottles at me, one was shampoo, and one was body wash. I took them both, and immediately dumped about a fistful of the shampoo in my hair, rubbing it in. I then took the soap, and poured little bits at a time onto my hands, lathering the thick substance from my face, neck, shoulders, down to my chest, stomach, legs, then feet. The current almost immediately rinsed the substance off of my body, so I had to do three separate scrubbings. Then, I submerged into the cool, refreshing water to rinse my hair out, my hands feeling that my hair was already soft, and clean. I then emerged again, gasping for the fresh, clean air.
I could feel the watchful eyes of Kenu, Shikura, and Demushi on my figure, their eyes also filled with lust. Then, I could feel four more pairs of eyes, it going down to one as I began getting out. The three demons probably didn't catch it, cause if they did, they'd be throwing a fit that someone else could see me.
The three of them, they're my masters. They own me, and they've made it quite clear, my marking my body, and other horrid things. They've cut me, whipped me, tortured me. They even went as far as taking turns raping me.
So for anyone else to see me as I am, they'd kill. Actually, I heard that they did kill one of their own for even saying what they'd do to me, without their permission.
It killed me when they first did it, but, slowly, it changed. I didn't think like a human, let alone a human slave. I started thinking like a killing machine, especially after they forced me to kill my own kind. My kind that had left me for dead. My kind, that abandoned a seven year old girl.
"Time to change then." Shikura stated, tossing me a pink and purple dress that was slit up the left side up to my hips. "Then, go to the human village and tell them to fork over them travelers."
"O~one question, though. How am I supposed to drag four, probably well built, men back by myself?" I asked nervously as I put on the dress, the eyes never leaving my body.
"Find a way. Yer smart, ain't 'cha? Just bring 'em back, we don't care if it's one adda time, or all at once." Kenu replied. "Don't kill the monk, though. Gotta save that one for Lord Kougaiji."
"Monk?" I asked, rather confused.
"Ah, we should tell you who these travelers are. The four are called the Sanzo group, as the leader is a Sanzo priest." Shikura stated, closing his eyes. "Two demons, a half demon, and a human are the races."
"Ha, like knowing who they are will stop her fro~" Kenu started.
"She should know the names, and descriptions if she is to retrieve them." Demushi smirked. "Meaning, for these ones, use whatever tactic to get them."
"Anyway." Shikura coughed, ending that line of conversation. "Their names are Cho Hakkai, Son Goku, Sha Gojyo, and Genjo Sanzo."
"So, Hakkai, Goku, Gojyo, and Sanzo? Is that what they call the monk?" I asked, looking at Shikura.
"Yes. Though, digging I found his actual name. Use it to catch him off guard. His real name is Genjo Kuryu. His weakness is the past. Mention Kamnyou Sanzo, with combination of death, and the burning of the temple he resided in." Shikura started. "That should get his attention. Be mysterious while dealing with him, and unpredictable."
"Mysterious and unpredictable? I can do that." I muttered, nodding.
"Son Goku, well. He's easiest to deal with. Talk about food, give it to him. Doesn't matter, his mind will be preoccupied. Although easiest to deal with, my intelligence says that he's easily the strongest of the four." Shikura stated. "Otherwise, don't take food away from him, and don't harm the monk in front of him."
"So, Son Goku loves food and Genjo Sanzo?" I asked, tilting my head.
"Yes, basically. Sha Gojyo, his weakness is women. Specifically, ones he can easily bed. Attractive. Intoxicated him for easier dealings." Shikura continued, me nodding. "Cho Hakkai, is the easygoing one of the bunch, weakest of them. Once again, the past is his weakness. Mention the death of his fiancee, Kannon, and his transformation from him being a human to demon. His slaughter of a demon clan. That should be enough to catch him off guard, too."
"What about what they look like, and their abilities?" I asked, Kenu rolling his eyes.
"Son Goku has light brown hair, and golden eyes. He looks about 15. He wields a staff that can extend, and manipulate, called Noi~Byo (I probably misspelled that...). Sha Gojyo has red hair, red eyes. He wields a crescent moon shaped spear that acts as a chain scythe. Half demon, obviously." Shikura started. "Cho Hakkai has dark brown, black hair with green eyes. He manipulates chi, and knows martial arts. Lastly, Genjo Sanzo. He has blond hair, and purple eyes. He holds a banishing gun, and knows martial arts as well."
"Hm. I can't really fight, so, I better not get into a fight with them." I muttered, thinking. "Drugging them probably won't work, either. They'd catch on quickly, except maybe Son Goku if he thinks of nothing but food."
"Your plan of action is yours to pick, just pick it soon, and go, before they leave for good." Kenu stated, walking off. "I want my food soon."
"Alright, I'll do my best." I stated, nodding, then ran off towards the human city.
Perhaps I can convince the whole city to help me capture the Sanzo Party? If I give the right threats, I'm sure I can. I sighed, the sun beating down on my head. The heat in front of me made hallucinations, mostly of water that I was denied of every other day. Soon, I made it to the human village, the entire place quiet as I walked through the streets...I do not own Saiyuki, nor its characters. I own Lena, Shikura, Kenu, Demushi and this minor plotline.
