Dean:
You guys spoon, Dean will wrap his arms around your waist and your back will be touching his chest. You both are very close together, you can feel his breath on your neck as he puts all of your hair to one side. Since you are both so close up together, the cuddling turns into..something more intense, lets just say that.
Sam:
Sam will hold you in his arms tightly but gently, while you rest your head on his chest, almost as you're using him as a pillow. If you try to pull away, he'll bring you back and start tickeling you until you agree to stay with him.
Cas:
Castiel will basically pull you into a craddle-like position with your head resting near the crease of his neck. He puts one arm on your back, stroking your back until you fall asleep or if the movie finishes which you two usually do instead of going out in public and just enjoy each others company. Cas' other hand held your hand in his, he wanted to keep you safe and as comfortable as possible, and he never failed to do so.
