I walk into the cafeteria going to subway. I mean , i could never get enough of it! . Once i paid , i go to my normal table to see Chris & Giovanna .

I didn't speak to them though. I just started to unwrap me food.

" Uhm. Ave's , whats wrong ? " Chris asked

" Chris leave her alone . Shes pissed off. " Giovanna said hitting him .

" No , shes my best friend , i deserve to know , thank you very much. " He sasses.

" Babe- " she starts

" Oh , now i'm babe? unbelievable . But when i do it , its so wrong. " He protests.

" Would you like for me to call you Christopher Maurice ? " she smiles.

" Hell no , don't be saying my government name , i get the feds looking for me girl. " he said's bopping and weaving.

" Shut up , we have bigger problems . Avery , whats wrong boo? " she saddens

" Nathaniel is bullshit. " I say with spite.

" Speaking of Nathaniel , Hes sitting with those girls. " Chris said

I looked over seeing his arm around a girl.

i shook my head.

" You feelin' him or some sis? " Chris asked me

" Yeah . I was. Last night , we kissed twice. But after he left , Jasmine blurted out that they were fucking . AFTER i beat that bitch's ass. " i say.

Giovanna hit the table.

" DAMMIT! " she said

" Babe , whats your prob? " Chris asked her laughing.

" I didn't see her get her ass beat 😭 " she spoke.

I laughed.

" I knew some was up with him. " Chris said shaking his head .

" Why didn't you tell me? Chris i could've saved my heart. " i say

" You looked happy. That's all i wanted to see. "

I smiled at him. He was so genuine.

" But that doesn't seem like some he would do . Nathaniel isn't that type. " Chris said.

" Yeah , that's what i was thinking about. There has to be a reason. a damn good one. " i say

he nods.

" I'm just really ticked off about this fight i didn't see. " Giovanna said holding the sides of her head.

Chris & i laughed.

" I'm sure people have the video. " I say.

" Still not fair. " She said biting her cookie harshly.

i shook my head .

The bell rung for 6 period and we all stood up.

" Imma come by your house today. Your turn to pick the movie. " He said hugging me.
