Ah, finally, home sweet home. Actually, we are back at base. It is pretty nice. I haven't gotten to explore too much of it, it seems just like a real house, but we usually hang out in the basement. The front yard is beautiful, but littered with battle gear and training stations. When you walk in, the ceiling is very high up, near the door, you have three choices as to where you would like to go. You can go right, which is the entryway to the play/entertainment area, which then links to the TV room, and then left to the kitchen.
Going left, will take you through a small hallway that leads you to a restroom on the side, which REALLY is an escape pod. It is just a toilet and a sink, but it works. Then that links to the right, a kitchen, and then into the TV room. It is one BIG circle of rooms. I think it is pretty cool.
Now, for the middle pathway. The middle is a wooden staircase. It goes all the way up, to the left (when you get to the top) is Julie and my room. I forced Julie to let me paint it pink. She wanted purple, but that wasn't going to happen (it was a REALLY dark and scary shade of purple!). Then next to that is Pepto's room. I honestly have NO idea where Ariel stays. Most of the time we all have a sleepover in the TV room. Anyway, moving on the the bathroom that we all have to share. It is pretty small, just a bath/shower, toilet, and a sink. Near that, is the master bedroom (ya know what... this sounds JUST like a normal floorplan for a REAL home). It is mainly used for an extra bathroom, a safe place, and if our break room for all of us and our soldiers.
Then, if you go back down the stairs, through the play area, through the TV room, you will find a small door in the dining/kitchen area. Open it up, and you will go down a carpeted staircase. This is where we usually sleep, practice, and hang out.
Wow, I never really realized that we had such a big house... I mean base. It REALLY looks like a house! In the back, there is a huge deck, and a large yard to practice in. Stunts, magic, techniques, test new machines, plan, picnics, and even mess around. The front is a long ramp of a walkway to park machines, so a driveway. Then, there is a small grass part in the front that we use like that back.
That is our house... I wonder how I couldn't have explored all that if I helped build it.... Oh well!
