"Do we have everything?" I panted as I paced the room.

"Ariel we will be ok!" April said.

"Yeah, it's not like he has weapons and stuff," Julie argued, "Ohhhh."

"I just don't want you two getting hurt! Or killed, or on the battlefield!" I said.

"You don't have to worry, with the armor you and Pepto made, and the machines that I designed, and our powers, and the weapons Julie and the fairies made, and all of the training and work we have done; we can't even think about fear!" April reassured me.

"I know," I took a deep breath and calmed myself down on the outside, but on the inside, my adrenaline was still pumping.

"I guess we should probably made a checklist to see if we have everything set up and ready or not."

The place we are staying in isn't as good as base.

It is a complex of tents and hidden machines around us. And it smells really bad, the battlefield is a few miles from here, and, it is kind of in the backyard of a family of four who are away on vacation.

"Alright, April write this down!" I said.

"Got it!"

"Death Balls"

"Check!" Julie responded.

"Swords"

"Check!"

"April's Machines"

"CHECK!" screamed a boyish voice from the other tent.

"SHUT UP PEPTO!" Julie yelled.

"Oookkk... " said April said.

"Whatever." I said, and we continued.

"A big army." I started again.

"Check!"

"Wands"

"Check!"

"Potions"

"Check!"

"Ice Boards"

"Check!"

"Heat cubes"

"Check!"

"Traps"

"CHECK!" Pepto said again.

"Your Will" Julie said, teeth clenched, eyes narrow.

"CHE-! Waaaait!" Pepto said.

Julie took a fake lunge toward him, and he ran off, whimpering like a baby.

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!" April, Julie and I cracked up.

"Well, that might be the last time we laugh before the battle." I said nervously.

"Hey, You are the oldest, aren't you the one who should be telling us 'it will be ok' and that 'we are gonna kick butt' tomorrow?" April asked.

"Yeah, but she's a wimp." Julie snickered.

"HEY!" I chased after her with my superspeed, maybe that won't be the last time we laugh.
