Chapter 45: Research Project

Now that we are on a different planet than usual, we have no school. So, the chubby fairy ladies have been teaching us. We are all in different "classes", because we are all different ages. Ariel is the oldest so she has the really hard classes with the mean old fairy that teaches her. April and Julie are the youngest and they get the same classes, with the coolest teachers! But me, I get the boring teacher, she isn't mean, she isn't nice. She just has no personality... at all. She isn't pretty or ugly, she doesn't have her own unique voice, like Ariel's teacher, or her own styles, like April and Julie's teacher. My teacher is just plain, in the middle, ok. She is even about 100 years old (that is only 50 in human years/ middle aged in fairy years). I am learning algebra, and it is really hard. I have a shoes in that class (that is the fairy grading scale, which is an F in human grading). She doesn't even teach me anything! I'm sure some of you humans can relate. I don't know. My teacher is preeetty boring! Well, the chubby fairy teachers gave us all the same BORING assignment. A history project.

We have to research the history and rule of one planet, or a person. I chose Elementar. So did Julie and April, and Ariel. Those girls are SUCH copy cats. Ariel got hers done in less than 30 mins, including all of the research and building of the project. Julie made the materials do it themselves with a working potion. April made an electric model by striking her idea with lightning. I however, melted some metal, and made a replica of an ancient "artifact", that Elementar used in the early days of his reign over the universe. We all aced it. But then I told on Julie, and she got a B+ because she made everything do it for her.

"Ha ha!" I laughed at her.

She zapped me - for the 362nd time - with the "shut up" spell.

Then she made me feel bad for what I did.

Oh well. I still don't.

"OUCH!"

She hit me.
