*Corey's POV*

I looked out the car window, thinking about everything that has happened in the past....well year.

In that short amount of time I lost two of my best friends. I can't even say their names.

How am I gonna be able to comfort Raven about this, when I don't feel comforted by anyone, myself?

The truth is, no one knows what to do now. Yeah, Slipknot isn't a band anymore, and some of us are thinking about moving out of the house. But we just...don't know how we should feel right now.

I felt the car stop, which caused me to look up.

Wordlessly, everyone filed out of the car and slumped on into the house.

When I finally found the urge to move, I got out of the car and walked into the house too.

No one uttered a single word once everyone was in.

"I'm gonna go check on Raven." I mumbled, walking up the stairs.

Raven's door was open the tiniest bit once I got there.

I knocked on it lightly.

"Hey Raven, we're back. You doing all right in there?" I asked, patiently waiting for a response.

But that response never came.

"Raven?" I tried again, but I, again, didn't receive an answer.

I opened the door.

She wasn't there.

Before I could wonder where else she could be, Mick called me.

I whirled around, descending down the stairs and into the kitchen where everyone stood.

Mick wordlessly gave me a crumpled up piece of paper.

"Wha-"

"Just read it." Sid and Clown urged in unison.

I looked down at the piece of paper, reading the sloppy handwriting that could only belong to one person.

I'm sorry.

That's all the note said.

"No." I breathed.
