*Raven's POV*

"That was awesome!" Marissa exclaimed and clapped her hands. "Play something else."

I chuckled and put down her guitar.

When I first got to Marissa's, I noticed an electric guitar in her basement.

And she told me that she had a bass in her closet.

So I started freaking out and wanted to play it.

"I wanna hear you play your bass." I said to Marissa.

She shrugged. "I suck at playing you know." She warned.

I scoffed. "You know I'm not the best guitar player either." I said.

She rolled her eyes. "Um...yes You are." She pressed, but she still went to her closet and pulled out her base guitar.

"I'll play one song." She murmered.

She started playing 'Wait and Bleed.' And by the time she was finished, my mouth was wide open.

"That was amazing." I said looking at her.

She shrugged.

"You're like the girl version of my uncle, Paul." I said honestly.

She smiled. "Did I do a good impersonation of him?" She asked.

I nodded.

"We should be in a band." Marissa offered.

I grinned. "That's an awesome idea!" I replied.

"We could sing covers and stuff." I suggested. "But no Slipknot though."

Marissa didn't seem too happy about that.

"Why?" She asked.

I looked at her. "Because everytime I hear 'his' voice it reminds me how unimportant I was to him." I replied dryly.

Marissa didn't say anything after that.

I sighed and walked over to my bed that was beside Marissa's.

I collapsed onto the bed and shut my eyes.

What I said to Marissa was true. Corey doesn't care about me.

It hurts to know that your family doesn't care about you anymore. And it hurts to know that your dad is having a baby with a person you barely know and then ignores you.

I felt a hand on my shoulder.

I turned around to look at Marissa.

"I have an idea." She said.

I say up and nodded for her to keep going.

"I think you should sing Slipknot songs, in anger towards Corey." She said.

I was now sitting up strait.

"I'm listening."

She continued. "We could play covers and stuff, and we could show Corey your anger."

I raised an eyebrow. "So what you're saying is, we should sing Slipknot songs and step them to Corey?" I asked.

"Or we could play shows and post videos of us playing Slipknot covers." She suggested.

I thought about it. If we play covers of Slipknot live, or post videos on YouTube, one of the guys would definitely see it.

They would see my anger.

I knew what I was gonna do.

"Let's do it."
