*JENNA'S P.O.V*

"Well, just tell me!!!" Megan begged as she sat on my bed, I sat down, crossing my legs and facing her.

"I don't know, Meg." I sighed, shaking my head.

She was pestering me to tell her what had been happening with George lately. It's the weekend now, and this week had been.. Weird to say the least.

George had been with me every lunch, sometimes he would come over to the table and share some of my dinner, others he would take me back over to his friends.

Megan had been ill all week, she's alright now, skiving for the last 2 days! I'd already yelled at her for leaving me, but I hadn't been alone, really.

"What do you mean, you don't know?" She asked, sounding frustrated with me.

"We're friends."

She laughed, "Well!"

I rolled my eyes, "Do you like him? As in like like?" She asked.

"Who doesn't like that boy? He's gorgeous!" I laughed, playing with my bracelets.

I did like George. A whole lot. But, I knew he wouldn't like me like that. I'd gotten lucky with being sudden friends with him, never mind anything else..

"Good point there! But, he obviously likes you so go for it, Jen! I don't think this chance will ever come round again.." She smiled.

"No way! No, no. It would ruin the friendship we have now!" I shook my head violently.

She just rolled her eyes and scoffed, "That's what everyone says"

I can't tell George. And I won't. It's just a stupid little crush, it'll wear off soon.

*GEORGE'S P.O.V*

"Mate, yes you do." Josh added.

I was being bombarded with questions and accusations, involving Ben, Brad and Sam's earlier visit and Jenna.

"Shut up, you!" I snapped, throwing one of my malteasers at Josh.

JJ laughed, "But, you DO like her, George! Why keep denying it?"

I shook my head, letting it fall into my hand, rubbing my forehead. "If I date Jenna, it's putting her in shit with jealous bitches in school, and not even mentioning Ben and his group. They

would just target her more." I sighed.

"I don't see why you should let other people get in the way of what you feel, mate, I should know." Jaymi said, shaking his head.

"You and Olly are cute though, nobody thinks twice that you're gay.. But when there's people that I know will say something, it's different" I snapped.

He just shook his head at me, throwing me my phone, "Ask to meet her somewhere, see how it goes then, you never know." He said before standing up and walking out.

I looked at Josh and JJ and sighed, looking at my phone before clicking on Jenna's contact and texting.

TO: Jenna

Hey, would you like to meet up somewhere?? G x

*JENNA'S P.O.V*

"Jen, you have a text!!" Megan yelled as I walked back into the room.

I sighed and slumped back onto the bed next to her, unlocking my phone. Butterflies erupted in my stomach as I realised who it was from. Those butterflies doubled after seeing the text.

"Its George, he wants to meet up" I smiled, hardly believing my ears. When did I get this lucky?!

"Coat, Bag, Hair, Make up, Outfit and GO" Megan demanded, standing up.

*3 HOURS LATER*

Me and George were walking down to the park for a late night 'Park stop' as he called it.

The only problem for me was, there were druggy, alcoholic and mis happed teenagers around here at a time like this.

"So, Jenna, have you enjoyed it?" George asked, looking down at me and smiling.

"I have yeah, I love spending time with you, George" I grinned, looking ahead before down at my feet.

I felt George lock hands with mine, his warm skin going against the cold winter air. I looked down at our intertwined hands and smiled to myself.

We reached the park in bliss silence and sat down on the swings.

"Do you come here often?" I asked, watching George look around as if it was his home.

"A lot, yes. Not for good reasons though.." He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck and looking at the sand.

Oh.

"So, er, you've been here, I guess? Yeah?" He asked quickly, thinking of something to change the subject away from him.

I nodded, "I bring Daniel whenever I can"

"Aw" His short reply was full of sweetness.

I smiled, "We're pretty close knit, me and him, it's like a regular brother-sister relationship.. Just closer"

"I'm like that with my sister, Harriet, she's only 13." He smiled, looking at me. *I KNOW HARRIET ISN'T 13 BUT IN THE STORY GEORGE IS ONLY IN HIGH SCHOOL AND SHE'S 3 YEARS YOUNGER*

"That's cute" I laughed. He just smiled at me and nodded, "I always find time for her, for them all really"

I just grinned at him, looking at all his soft features. How could he be classed as a bad boy? I mean, I know he has a shit past, quite recent past, but I mean.. How?! His eyes are kind, lips to die for, small dinky nose..

"OI, SHELLEY!!" A crisp voice called from the gate of the small park.

George's head snapped round from me to the direction of the gate, his shoulders slumping and fists clenching.

"Who's that?" I whispered, swinging slightly, keeping my toes on the sand.

He didn't reply, but I heard a murmur slip from his lips that sounded like; 'Not now, not tonight.. Not now'
