“Is she going to live?” a voice- male- asked.
“Yes, she’ll be fine. The rabies will be the hardest thing to treat. Lucky for her, the adrenaline rush postponed them long enough for her to get here.” another male voice replied.
“I’m not leaving until I know she’s okay.” the first voice replied.
“By all means, go ahead. Wait here. She’ll probably need a place to stay for a few days after this anyways. But if you’ll excuse us, I’ll need to get to treating her now before the rabies actually can do something fatal.”
I felt my body begin to move, I was on something squishy, being pushed.
“Bear…” I muttered. “SHQ… Disgrace…”
“You better fix her up quick,” the first voice said. It was farther away this time.
