The group walked east for about 30 minutes before they made a turn north. As they continued, Enid, Glenn, and Daryl were all on edge, awaiting any foul actions. The boy, Adam, looked very alert and a bit scared of Daryl. He bit the inside of his bottom lip out of anxiety and fiddled with some lint in the pockets of his jacket.

"Here we are," Deb announced.

Glenn pushed forward to the front of the group, taking Enid's hand as he went. Daryl moved upward a little bit to see if they were actually telling the truth. Before them lay five walkers, stripped of most of their clothing. Glenn bent down and examined all five. Each one had a bite mark of some sort on their person.

Glenn sighed. "So you were telling the truth," he breathed as he turned to face the others and saw Enid trembling. Her fear-stricken eyes stared daggers at the corpses.

"Enid? You alright?" Daryl had apparently noticed Enid's worry as well.

"I-um...I need to uh...talk to you...alone..." Enid's words stumbled out as she turned towards Daryl.

Glenn stayed behind to keep an eye on the others as Daryl and Enid walked farther into the woods.

When they came to a stop away from earshot, Enid looked Daryl straight in the eyes and whispered, "There's only five men there. There-there should be a sixth."

Daryl nodded and walked back over to the group with a confused Enid following behind.

"Hey!" Daryl yelled. Everyone else turned toward him and Glenn stood up from under a nearby tree, brushing off his shoulders. "How many walkers did ya'll kill?"

A puzzled look swept across everyone's faces.

"We...killed five," Adam spoke up.

"Was there anyone else nearby or another walker nearby?" Daryl asked. Now, Enid was catching on.

"No. We only came across these five," Deb said.

Daryl looked at Glenn, who was crossing his arms, and then back at the group. "Are you sure?"

"Why would we lie to you? You could take us all out before we even knew what was happening," the blonde man said.

Daryl huffed and furrowed his brows.

"So what now?" Enid whispered. "What do we do with these peo-oh shoot!" Enid almost yelled as her face once again turned pale from worry.

"What?" Daryl asked with genuine concern in his voice.

"Carl!" Enid panicked. "We just left him! Alone! Unconscious! In the effing cold! He-he could be-"

"Stop. Calm down," Glenn reassured. "I'm sure he's just fine."

"I'll go get him," Daryl stated. "It's almost dark."

"No, we need you here. We have to figure out what to do," Glenn argued.

Daryl disregarded his remark and ran off towards Carl. When Daryl was out of sight, the blonde man smirked.

"Looks like your brawn is gone," he said as he pulled out his gun.

The others did the same.

"Drop your weapons," the not-so-innocent Adam laughed.

Glenn and Enid obeyed.

"On your knees."

Enid's heart was pounding out of her chest as she kneeled.

"Hands above your heads."

Slowly, four arms went above the two heads.

"Fawn, pat 'em down," Deb said to a young woman of about 25 or so.

The nervous ginger walked over to the two captives. Enid watched as the woman felt over Glenn's shivering body. She watched as the same woman patted over her. She watched the others in the group laugh as she did do. Enid watched.

"They're clean," Fawn stated as she shuffled back to the middle of the group. It was obvious that she wanted no part of this.

"Good. The girl is mine," Adam sneered and yanked Enid up to her feet. "Don't disturb us."

Adam dragged Enid, kicking and screaming, deeper into the woods where people wouldn't hear her. They stopped under a tree where he got creepily close to Enid. She knew what he had in store.

Adam cocked his gun and pointed it to Enid's heart. "Sweetie, why don't you start by taking off that bulky jacket."

Enid glared at him with disgust and spat in his eyes.

Adam laughed. "Well, you'll pay for that in time. For now, take off that jack-"

Slice.

Thud.

Silence.

Enid peered through the dark and saw a familiar figure.

"Michonne!" Enid whispered.
