As pretty as a flower
Curly petal hair
Tall and thin like a stem
Skin clear and fairEyes as green as chlorophyll
As delicate as a dove
But this little flower girl
Was plucked by hopeless loveShe cried tears of frustration
In a dangerous web she was caught
Ripping out locks of petal hair
' He loves me, he loves me not...'Rejection made her lonely
And with one last final shiver
The once bright and blooming flower
Began to brown and wither
