Chapter 26

***If you want to get a visual idea of the location, I recommend you google 'St. Regis Monarch Beach wedding' on google images and you'll see! :)***

(Adam's POV)

It was the day. The day that Christy and I have been waiting for the past 7 months. Our wedding day. We both had arrived at the location by 9:30 am. Our parents had joined us. We both went our separate ways when we arrived at the location and I wouldn't be able to see her until the reception. It was a tradition.

We rode in separate cars to the venue which was in California and just by the beach. The name of the location is called St. Regis Monarch Beach.

The place looked amazing online and it looks even prettier in person.

Our car arrived right behind Christy's car. I stepped out of the vehicle and instantly felt the cool ocean breeze wrap around me. It was very refreshing.

I walked towards Christy. "Ready?" I asked with a grin.

She nodded in reply, "It's finally time." She replied taking a deep breath in. "Guess we'll be heading our separate ways now."

"Wait, let me say bye to my baby girl first." I said, walking with Christy back to her car.

I picked up Kylie from the car seat ."I'll see you later, okay?" I said kissing her several times. She was so precious. She had my hazel eyes and her mother's nose and light brown hair.

Christy came up behind me, wrapping her arms around my waist, looking down at Kylie. As soon as Kylie saw her mom, she started making silly faces and stuck her little tongue out.

I chuckled at the faces she was making. It was adorable. I gave her one more kiss and handed her to Christy.

"See you later." She said, smiling. God. She was perfect. How did I get so lucky?

"Bye." I replied giving her one last kiss before walking the other way.

I headed down a tiled path to the back of the building, revealing a vast grassy area and at least 200 white wooden chairs neatly placed out in rows in front of a beautiful gazebo decorated with flowers. Since it was a clear, sunny day, you could clearly see the ocean behind the altar.

I turned around to see my brother, my dad and my a few of my groomsman following me, exploring the place as well. I decided to follow them into the building. There was two sets of curved staircases that led to the second floor.

I entered seeing a wide, bright lobby with a fancy chandelier hanging above. Eventually, I found my way to the guy's dressing room.

I finished wandering the place a quarter before noon. I headed into the dressing room and decided I change into my black and white suit with a navy blue tie.

Christy and I both decided to meet at the reception, keeping how we look like a secret.

I was facing the window that was overlooking into the altar and straightly-lined rows of white chairs that was now filled with guests.

I heard soft footsteps walk into the room. I turned around. My eyes landed on my dad along with my grooms and best man.

"It's time." Jesse said.

I nodded and followed them out toward the altar. I had chosen Jesse to be my best man because not only was he my bestfriend, but he was always there for me whenever I needed. As cheesy as it sounds, he's like my brother from another mother.

I walked up the three steps that led to the altar. The minister was already there. I stood in my place, on the left of the minister along with my grooms behind me.
