Tony looked over again at his scramble of notes from the conference at Columbia University on camera technology. He wanted to make sure he got down all of the key words to start his train of thought to remind him of what he heard. Everyone had already left, including the professor and the aid. He put his notepad in his trench coat pocket and stuck the pen behind his ear.

He walked out of the classroom and used his ear-com to communicate with Jarvis.

"Is anyone home?"

"No sir, they went out to lunch."

"Right. Where did Steve head to? He's been a little unsteady since his birthday." Tony looked at his watch that read 13:14. Tony remembered the present he left Steve after the sad party the team threw together last minute. Tony gave him a simple silver watch at the party but left the soldier a box of chocolates on his bed, marked with his initials: TS.

Tony felt butterflies in his stomach, Steve hadn't said anything in the two days that passed.

"Steve left a while after the team, and headed opposite of them..." Tony looked up from the sidewalk to see a familiar blonde fifteen meters in front of him.

"I have to go Jarvis. I'll talk to you later." He threw the com away in a can without another thought and picked up his pace to meet with his day-dream lover. He smiled when he saw that it was, in fact, Steve Rogers.

Steve smiled, feeling similar butterflies but also having the courage to meet the billionaire in person.

"Tony, I meant to say something about the chocolates but I didn't know how. Do you have feelings for me?"  'Feelings' couldn't begin to describe the way the shorter man was feeling. He had dreamed of the day the blonde would recognize the fiery desire in the billionaire but had dreaded the thought of having to express these feelings first.

The playboy had never liked the idea of rejection and had built himself a psychological thrown to protect himself from the hurt of rejection.

"Yes." Tony said, with exterior courage while ever fiber of his soul was given to an infinitely strong man that could easily crush him. Steve smiled.

"Tony you have no idea how long I've waited for this." The blond said and ran to his future lover. He embraced him with a warm hug despite the bitter cold frost and soon a passionate kiss.

Tony and Steve had finally gotten the one thing they've been waiting forever for.
