"Lady Grace of San Francisco!" His voice shook the collection of cubicles. He was searching for her, craning his neck to check every box-shaped office.

"Thor? What is it?" She was walking towards him in the hallway, bringing two coffees.

"I have the most important of inquisitions for you!"

"Okay, okay, lets go outside. Lower your voice honey," his face reddened at the pet name that she used for literally everyone. The two escaped to the parking lot of the office building.

She handed him a coffee cup and he took a swig.

"This is rather weak coffee," he stated blandly. "That is most beside the point. Back to my inquiry, yes?"

"Sure."

"Would you, Lady Grace, accompany me to the office feast this coming Friday? And later grant me the pleasure of your presence as we commence in the drinking of the weak Earthly beers?"

"A date?"

"A date," he repeated, pondering the statement. "Indeed, that is the human name for the outing."

"I'd love to."

"Really?" He grinned like a fox. "Hoorah!"

"Hoorah!" She repeated. "It's a date."

"It is indeed a date!"
