Somewhere outside the library:

I approached the gates of a large castle. It wasn’t nearly as big as the one in Tristand, but it was still large.

“Dale Helton, I’ve been requested by Sir Woods himself” I informed the guards. The glanced at the other, and with a quick head nod they opened the gates. I took a deep breath, straightened the smooth body armor I was wearing, and entered. A single guard led me up the path. I headed up the flight of stairs before the grand door. Once inside I found myself in a large room. Large pillars of stone stood lining the room with angel statues in between. Some of the stone angels were praying, some singing, some crying, and some held weapons. The room was absolutely beautiful.

“Mr. Helton” said a voice, snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked up, and down the white marble path was a single chair with some steps up to it. I walked down the white marble that stood out against the rest of the rooms flooring which was dark grey. I stood tall before the man,

“Yes Sir Woods, who asked for me to talk to you about something?” I asked. I was nervous, but I kept my tall, confident posture.

“Yes, er- someone please find this good man a chair” he ordered. A second after this a young man came out with a wooden chair, and I muttered a quiet thank you to the young lad. I took a seat feeling a bit more at ease. ‘He called me a good man, so its not like I’m in trouble’ I decided. The tall, dark brown haired man with the light green eyes sat up in his chair.

“I wanted to speak to you about one of your apprentices” he stated.

“I have three apprentices, do you mean-” I started to say when he held a hand up. I quickly shut my mouth.

“He shows a lack of focus, you know the one I mean?” I he asked. My eyes widened in realization, and I nodded my head. His eyes narrowed,

“I heard about the fight in Ormis, and it had me curious how such a young boy could stand up to a fully trained lieutenant” he informed me, “I heard some saying he was struck by a lightning bolt by a magic weapon” he added. I nodded my head confirming this,

“I can assure you the boy is doing well. He was injured, but nothing major” I informed him.

“That doesn’t surprise me with the amount of magic power the boy must have. I want you to keep an eye on him though” he told me. He leaned on one hand, and drummed his fingers on one knee.

“I have a feeling that, that particular boy won’t have a it easy if you don’t keep an eye on him. The lack of focus on his magic is dangerous” he said.

“Dangerous how?” I questioned him.

“The lack of focus leads to a lack of control, and without control it could bring harm not just to others around the boy, but to himself” he told me.

“That is all I wanted to tell you” he finished. I stood up, and bowed to him.

“Yes King Woods, I will keep an eye on the boy” I promised.

“One more thing?” I asked. He raised a curious eyebrow.

“When do you intend to tell him of his parents?” I asked.

“Perhaps when he’s more mature, and he can focus better” he told me. He waved a hand dismissively, and I left the castle. I needed to go to the library, I had plans to make.

Jeremy’s P.O.V.

I blocked Erza’s fist with ease. Using my magic power to increase my physical speed, I attempted to punch him. He dodged, but by only a few inches. I suddenly kicked him, and though I only hit his body armor the impact sent him stumbling backwards. I held my fists up defensively.
