Abu Hurairah -May Allah be pleased with him- reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- saying: “By Allah, I seek Allah's forgiveness and repent to Him more than seventy times a day.”
Al Bukhari
In another hadith it is said that the prophet seek Allah's forgiveness more than 100 Times a day !
