"Astoria!" I yelled as she fell limp in my arms. I look up at her mother with eyes widen in shock.

"What was that?" I furrowed my eyebrows as I cradled Astoria's head in my lap. Her mother carefully laid down the fallen king's body and slowly crawled to wear I sat. She brought up her hand and caressed Astoria's cheek.

"I do not know?" She muttered as her hand went down to grasp Astoria's hand. I feel my whole body turn hot in anger.

"What do you mean 'you don't know'? You're her mother" I yelled. I was so angry that I didn't even care that I yelled at a queen. I just wanted to know what happened to Astoria.

"Come. Follow me" she sound unfazed by my burst of anger. I did what she told and picked up Astoria. She led us through some halls until we stopped infront of a room. She opened the door and gestured me in. I quickly placed Astoria on the bed. I pulled up the blankets and tucked her in.

"This isn't the first time this happened..." I hear the queen say quietly. I slowly turned around and walked up to where she sat.

"What do you mean?"

"When she was about 9 years old, my mother died. Astoria was very close to her grandmother and when she heard the news, she locked herself in her room for days. When she finally came out, she cried. Not in sadness but in fear. We looked inside and almost all of her room was covered in ice and snow. She was questioning herself and we thought it would be best if she forgot so we asked Master Yoda to remove the memories of her abilities"

"I don't understand? Is she cursed or is it passed down?"

"It's neither, young padawan. For Astoria is not our daughter." She sighed sadly as she stood up walking over to a drawer. She pulled out something which I didn't see. She slowly walked up to me as she continued talking.

"She came here in a small pod ship when she was only a few months old. There was nothing in her pod that told us why she was brought to Alderaan. The only thing with her was an amulet" she opened the palm of her hands and there she held a bizarre looking necklace. It had a sigil of a 3 headed dragon and a lone blue flower in the middle.

"How come you never told her she was adopted?" The Queen sighed.

"We didn't want her to feel any less different. We treated her as if she was our own. We also didn't know what to tell her when she ask about her biological parents" I nodded understanding. If I were in Astoria's shoes, I'd be pissed if I knew absolutely nothing of my biological parents

"Did you ever plan on telling her?" I asked. The queen nodded her head.

"Yes when she was older. And at the right time." Before I could response, we hear a knock come from behind the door. I quickly whipped out my lightsaber.

"Come in" the Queen called out. The door opens revealing a guard.

"My queen, the Jedi have arrived" he informed us. He stepped aside and let Master Yoda, Windu and Kenobi in. I unsheathed my saber and placed it back in its holster.

"Anakin. What's happened?" My master asked me as he walks my way.

"Why is there a wall of ice in the throne room?" I hear Master Windu ask from behind Obi Wan. I took a deep breathe in and opened my mouth. But before any word could come out, we hear a harsh gasp of air. We turn to see Astoria thrashing on the bed. We all rush to her side and I placed my hands on her small frame and tried shaking her awake. She gasped as she sprung up. Ice spreading all over the walls. She looked around frantically until her eyes landed on me.

"Ani..."
