Chapter 8

~Sohyun's POV

The next morning, Sohyun woke up extra early to get ready for school.
"Oppa! Oppa! Wake up!" Sohyun came running into Jin's room jumping on his bed.
"Aishh" Jin pleaded, covering his face with his hands.
"Mm oppa, wake up!" Sohyun pouts as she kneel down beside him on the bed.
He peeked at her through his fingers, chuckling. "Aigoo... Come here!" He quickly grab Sohyun and start tickling her.
"Ahh oppa!!" Sohyun yelped while laughing. Their mother came rushing into Jin's room from downstairs.
"What is going on here?!" Umma exclaimed
Jin and Sohyun stopped. They burst into laughter when they saw Umma's expression.
"Ani Umma, we're just having fun" Jin said trying to calm down from laughing.
"Aigoo, you kids.." Umma shook her head smiling. "Come on! Get dress, breakfast is waiting for you downstairs" Umma said and went downstairs.
"Ahe~ oppa!" Sohyun said and pounced on top of Jin tickling him.
They both laughed.
"Y-yah! We need to get ready for school!" Jin said laughing.
Sohyun stopped and smiled.
"Yae!" Sohyun kiss Jin on the cheek and left his room.
"Aye this girl!" He said to himself smiling.


JungKook's POV

"Sweetie, wake up! It's time for school!" JungKook's Umma came into his room,

"Ah Umma.. It's too early.." JungKook whines covering his face with his blanket.

"Ani! Come on!" Umma pulled the blanket off his head.
"Ahh~" he sat up slouching
"Gaja!" Umma clapped his back

As JungKook step out of bed, he immediately fell to the floor.
"Ouch.." He scratch the back of his neck. He then crawled on his hands and knees to the bathroom.
He stood up and look at himself in the mirror. He smiled elatedly, remembering how much fun we spend with Sohyun.
After he got ready for school, he spiked up his hair a bit to a cool style and went downstairs for breakfast.

"Aigoo.. My handsome son! What made you all dressed up?" Umma clapped her hands together as if she knew.
"Eh? A-ani! It's nothing.." JungKook muttered
"Ayee.. Could it be.. A girl!" Umma teased JungKookie
"Umma!" He scold
"Yah. Why are you yelling at me!?" She smirked.
"Soo~ who is this 'girl' hm?" She sat down at the breakfast table facing him, trying to get it out of him.
"It's no one.." He mumbled and avoid eye contact with his mom.
"Aye.. Just tell me! I can help!" She said trying to convince him
"Umma!!" He whined
"Araso! Araso!" His mom raise her hands of giving up.
"Hurry up and eat!" His mom got up from the table, patted his shoulder, and walked off.

After he ate, he quickly ran out of the house. "Umma, I'm leaving!" He shouted
"Yae!" She respond


-at _____ High School-

"Yah Kookie!" His friends came over to him.
"Don't forget we have dance practice everyday after school 'til the dance competition." Suga said
"Yah hyung! Let's invite Sohyunie!" Taehyung said
"She could watch us rehearse too" J-Hope added
"JungKook, go invite her!" Rap Monster said
JungKook pointed at himself.
"Yae, you can do it. Oh! There she is now" He pointed at Jin and Sohyun walking to school. The attention were on them.
"Sohyun-ah!~ Hyung!~" the guys shouted waving their arms to catch their attention.
Sohyun spotted them and quickly ran towards them.
"Annyeong!!" She said with a big smile
"What's going on here?" Jin came from behind
"Oh it's nothing, hyung don't forget about rehearsal after school today" Taehyung reminded
"Yah JungKook.. What are you waiting for!?" Jimin whispered and gave him a push. JungKook immediately stop himself in front of Sohyun.
"Uhm.. Uh.. " he mumbled. "Do you want to, watch us rehearse?" He asked nervously
"Of course!" Sohyun replied smiling
JungKook smiled back.


-MeanWhile-

"Who is that girl?!" A girl grumbled, glaring at Sohyun from afar.
"Oh? She's hanging out with oppa!" Her friend exclaimed.


~RINGGG~

Sohyun walk to her first class, gym, looking for Hara.
"Hara Hara!" Sohyun said excitedly
"What?" She chuckled
"Let's go watch Jin oppa and his friends rehearse after school!" Sohyun said jumpy
"You sure?" Hara chuckled
"Of course I'm sure, you're my best friend!" Sohyun said proudly
"Alright" Hara smiled
"Gaja! We need to go change" Sohyun and Hara went to the girls dressing room to change into their gym clothes.

*whistle blowing* "Alright! Today we will be playing Volleyball. Split into 2 teams and let's begin! I will be back from the office." Their coach said
Sohyun stood cluelessly in the middle of the court. She thought "how do you play?" She look over at her teammates to see if she could learn from them. She spotted JungKook who was crouching down ready to play.
"Oh! Oppa!" Sohyun waved her arm excitedly to see him.
"Sohyun-ah?!" JungKook walked up to her surprised.
"Annyeong oppa!" She said happily
"I didn't know you had gym first class!?" He said still surprised
Sohyun giggled. "I didn't know either" she smiled brightly

"Yah JungKook, we're starting" a boy from the same team came up to them.
"Araso.." He respond and smile at Sohyun

"Why is that girl flirting with oppa!?" A girl from the other team mumbled
"Yah Jiyoon, serve already!" Her friend EunHye told her
Jiyoon took up speed and went for a spike.

-MeanWhile-

"Wait oppa.." Sohyun said while he got back in position. "How do you play?" She whispered.
"What did you say?" JungKook didn't heard her.
"I said how do you -ah!" Before Sohyun could finish talking, she got hit in the face by Jiyoon's spike.
"Oops?!" Jiyoon smirked
Sohyun collapse to the floor as she heard everyones was crowding towards her.
"Sohyun-ah! Sohyun-ah! Gwenchana!?" JungKook said worriedly. "Omo! You're nose bleeding! I'll take her to the nurse!" He quickly carries her. Jiyoon watches them walk off as she clenches her fists.
"Uhm.. Jiyoon-shii.. Are you okay?" EunHye asked
"That girl, is just annoying me, she better stay away from him!" She said watching Sohyun in his arms.


-The Nurse Office-

"That's why you focus while playing, you could've gotten really hurt out there!" JungKook looked worried
"Mm.. But I don't know how to play.." Sohyun pouts
"Eh? Pabo.." He patted her head. "I'll teach you" he smiled at her. A small curve appear on Sohyun's lip.
Their coach walks in. "Sohyun-ah.. Gwenchana?"
"Yae.. I'm okay.." She replies


-AfterSchool-

"Omo!! Sohyun-ah! What happened to your nose?" Hara asked worriedly while entering her classroom.
"I got spiked by a ball" Sohyun said
"Awh~ I'm so sorry, I couldn't comfort you... I was asked to do something" Hara quickly tried to explain
"It's alright" Sohyun smiled and rubbed her hair. "Gaja!"
"Where to?" Hara forgot
"To watch Jin oppa and his friends rehearse" she said
"Ohh!" Hara and Sohyun quickly walked out of the room.

"Sohyun-ah!!" She heard a familiar voice calling her name.
"Oppa!" She exclaimed to see Jin oppa and the others.
"Sohyun-ah! Gwenchana?" Jin came running towards them followed by the other. He grab hold of Sohyun's shoulder, checking out her face from side to side.
"Kookie told us what happened" Taehyung said
"We're glad you're okay" Rap Monster added
"Oppa~ I'm alright" Sohyun chuckled at his reaction
Jin sighed and lets go of her. He then put an arm around her shoulder. "Gaja.." They took a few steps.
"Wait.. Hara!" Sohyun turned around and saw her cheerfully talking to JungKook. Sohyun heart started to pound. She thought "what is this..?" Her smile slowly faded away.
