Chapter 25

Day after day things got more complicated and suspiciously uneasy for some people. While the boys stayed after to prepare for finals, JungKook have been skipping rehearsals saying he had to help his mom at home which caused himself to work even harder. For Sohyun, to not understand why JungKook has to come home and help his parents, she thought he was avoiding her. Other girls, who follow the steps of Jiyoon, took this chance to hurt her without physical violence. They trashed her locker with junks and threaten notes about her and Jungkook, writing insulting things all over her desk, and setting traps on others so she can be blamed. Jin and the boys tried their best to keep JungKook from knowing, they were afraid he would get too worried. The boys kept an eye on Sohyun while JungKook wasn't around, but the thing that angers them was Daehyun. To them Daehyun is such a troublemaker, but truthfully he is a very warm hearted guy.

"For the next few weeks, you guys are assigned to study with a partner for this upcoming exam. Your partners will be the person sitting next to you. So please discuss, where you want to study, with your partner. That is all.. class dismiss" Mr. Kwon announced the objective for the day and left.

"So.. My place?" Daehyun suggested and Sohyun slowly agreed.
He smiled. "I'll meet you after class"

~Sohyun's POV~

"Oh?" A small pink note had fallen out onto the floor while Sohyun was gathering up her things. She squat down, gazing at the note she opened it:

A wide smile plastered on Sohyun's face upon reading the note. It has been almost a week since they actually hanged out, she missed every moment being with him and for such a short message, it means everything to her. But at the same time, something about that note questioned her. She quickly grab her books and purse while clenching onto the note.

"Where you going?" Daehyun quickly asked before she vanishes out the classroom.
"I need to go somewhere, I'll meet you at the gates" She exclaimed out the door

She quickly squirmed down every halls looking for any sign of JungKook, sadly no. Just then she heard strange noises around the corner thinking it was him.
Stunned she stood frozenly still watching the scene above her. Tears urging to escape slide down her cheeks as anger burns in her chest. Short and sweet the note was just to bring Sohyun out, but it turned out tragic. Calling her out just to show her not only JungKook but himself kissing a girl, not any girl it just had to be Jiyoon. The image was too much for her to handle, JungKook had cheated on her. She shook her head continuously while backing up slowly. Not noticing how far she backed up, she bumped into a trash can which made lots of noises causing the two to break free. JungKook was in total speechless, thought his life was over.

"Sohyun.." He gawked still managed to whisper under his breath

Sohyun didn't waste any time and immediately ran away sobbing in the palm of her hands.

"Wait Sohyun! Please.. Let me explain!" She could hear him shout while chasing after her. She didn't want to see him anymore, but he was too quick he grabbed hold on one of her arm.

"Sohyun.. Please it's not what you think. Please.. Listen to me" JungKook pleaded
"How could you!?" Sohyun uttered loudly with tears running down her face. She looked at her hand realizing she was still holding onto the note. She threw the crumbled note that was held tightly in her fist, at his face.
"Sohy--" He stopped himself when she backed away while he took a step closer to her.
"Don't" She quickly ran off

Daehyun walked down the hall after gathering all his belongings.
"Omo!" He was startled when someone suddenly crashed into him. He grimace before realizing it was Sohyun and she was crying.
"Sohyun-ah.. gwenchana?" He asked worriedly surprised
"Dae..hyun-shii" She sobbed and ran into his arms needed someone to hug with.
He pulled away once Sohyun had calmed down a bit. He bent down to meet her eye levels.
"Gaja" He curved a smile
