Chapter 11

-LunchTime-

"Hara, let's go eat in the canteen" Sohyun said
"Why? I like it here" Hara said looking around the peaceful classroom.
"Come on, we always eat here. Let's go hang out with our other friends once in a while" Sohyun tried convincing
"Mm alright" they both laugh and took off, heading down to the canteen.

After getting their food, they search for a table to sit at, luckily a familiar voice called for them.
"Sohyun-ah! Hara!" Their old friend Jinyoung hollered while waving his arms.
They giggled and sat down at his table with his friends.
"Yah~ I haven't seen you guys eat in the canteen for a long time" Jinyoung said
Hara chuckled. "We thought it was too noisy"
"Let me introduce you, this is Baro-shii, Sandeul, Gongchan, and CNU" Jinyoung pointed out.
His friends greeted and happily they chatted with laughter.
"Yah Sohyun-ah.. Did you do anything to Jiyoon? She seems to be mad at you" Hara frowned glancing over at Jiyoon and her friends who was glaring over at their table.
"Aniyo.? I never talk to her.." Sohyun said confused
"Maybe it's because you've been around the Bangtan Boys.." Jinyoung cocked his head at their direction while looking at Sohyun.
"Oppa?" She mumbled tilting her head of confusion.
"..she gets really defensive when other girls get close to them" Sandeul added
"Wae?" Sohyun asked
"Isn't it obvious she likes them" CNU answered
"Is.. Is she.. JungKook's girlfriend?" Sohyun muttered while playing with her food.
"No way, she just acts like it." Baro rolled his eyes and shook his head.
Sohyun looked over at JungKook's table who was surrounded by Jiyoon and her friends.
"I heard that they were childhood friends until Jiyoon moved away, but when she came back, she had an annoying attitude towards JungKook." Jinyoung said
"Also to the others" Gongchan added
Sohyun looked over at the table, seeing Jiyoon hanging onto JungKook's neck and her friends flirting with laughter towards the others.
Sohyun thought "Mm.. the oppas doesn't look pleased.. Omo! Jin oppa!" She realized that her brother was involved.


-AfterSchool-

JungKook's POV

"Umma, is it ready?" JungKook asked his umma over the phone.
"Yae, yae" she respond

He quickly ran home from school once the bell ranged. He came crashing into his home.
"Woah woah woah! What's with the rush?" His appa stopped him at the door before he could get any further.
"Aniyo" JungKook shook his head
"He's having his first date, jagiya" his umma came out from the kitchen smiling.
"Ohh, is that so" his appa winked at him
"May I go to my room, now?" JungKook sheepishly ran upstairs

He got dressed in his casual clothes, a black era cap, and a pair of sneakers.
"Umma, palli" he shouted running down the stairs to the kitchen.
"Wha~" JungKook's eyes widen of all the food his umma laid out on the counter in boxes. He quickly put them in his backpack and left.


Sohyun's POV

"Sohyun-ah~ gaja" Jin said leading Sohyun home
"Oppa, who were those girls at your table?" Sohyun asked on their way home
"Uhm, just fangirls.." Jin nodded
She sighed and a smile appeared on her face.
Jin smiled and patted her head.

"Umma, we're home" Jin and Sohyun hollered as they got inside.
Sohyun went upstairs to her room and laid flat on her bed. Jin came into her room laughing at her action.
"Yah!" He laid beside her poking her forehead. "Wake up"
Sohyun moan and face down onto her pillow.
Jin sat up from her bed and rock her. "Palli.. Get dressed"
Sohyun stopped moaning and looked at up him. "Waeyo?"
Jin smirked and walked out of her room, closing the door behind him.
"Oppa~ tell me" Sohyun tilt her head and pouted.

Sohyun quickly change from her school uniform and put on a white layered lace tank top, a dark jean shorts, and some light makeup.
Her thought "omo! Is Jin oppa taking me to play?" She happily skipped downstairs.
"Wha~ when I said 'dressed' you seriously got dressed" Jin chuckled watching Sohyun putting on her shoes.
"Where are you taking me, oppa?" She smiled
"Mm somewhere.? You'll see" he smiled

Jin and Sohyun walked together and have their conversations along the way. By the time they reach the park.
"Eh?" Sohyun looked at Jin
He patted her head and spotted JungKook running up towards them.
"JungKookie!" She hollered. "What are you doing here?" She was happy to see him.
"He's here to spend time with you" Jin smirked. "Well, I'mma leave you two alone, see ya" Jin waved and walked off proudly of himself.

"Ahe~ so what are we doing today, oppa?" Sohyun said excitedly
JungKook chuckled and lead her to a playground. They played chase and take selcas together.

-MeanWhile-

Jin walked to J-Hope's house smiling and laughing to himself about Sohyun and JungKook.
By the time he got to J-Hope's house, the door was open.
"Yah.. What took you so long?" Jimin asked
"Sorry" he chuckled and walked inside, seeing everyone was already there.
"Come on, lets start" Suga clapped his hands
"I called the icing" Taehyung said
"Ayee.. That's easy" Jin sneered at him

The boys headed into kitchen and laid out all the ingredients.
"Uhm.. Does anyone know where to start?" Jimin asked while the other stared at the ingredients cluelessly where to start.
"I'll go online" Taehyung made a break free and went to the living room.
"I'mma help too" Rap Monster rapidly took off
"Yah, aish you guys.." Jin exclaimed

"We got it~ we got it~" Taehyung said hopping into the kitchen with Rap Monster behind. He handed J-Hope the ipad with the recipes on it. J-Hope skim through it and nodded in agreement.
"Lets start" he clapped his hand and start to crack some eggs into the mixer.

-30 Minutes Later-

"Wha~ " Taehyung inhale the sweet fragrant of the cake from the oven.
"Yah Taehyung-shii, hows the icing going?" Suga asked watching Taehyung on the floor admiring the oven.
"Mmm.. But I need help~" he whined
"Aish.. You called it" Suga exclaimed
"Ayee, lets just make it" Jimin suggested. Taehyung stuck his tongue out at Suga.
"Aish this kid" Suga rolled his eyes and smirked

~Ding!~ The oven timer went off. J-Hope carefully carried the cake out from the oven and place it on a plate to be cooled.
"Wha, it turns out perfect" Jimin gazed at the cake
"Lets put the icing tomorrow so we could go practice" Rap Monster suggested
"Gaja.." Jimin said and walked out with the boys to the studio.


-In the MeanTime-

"JungKook oppa!" Sohyun hollered, waving at him at the bottom of the slide.
JungKook smiled and stood up from the top of the slide. He spread his arms apart and looked down at Sohyun who was smiling at him.
"Sohyun-ah!! Saranghaeyo~" he shouted assuredly, with his hands cupped around his mouth.
"Ah waeyo" Sohyun chuckled looking around spotting people staring. "Oppa!" She hollered, making a motion telling JungKook to come down. He slid down to the edge of the slide.
Sohyun came over and sat on his lap without hesitating. She swung her arms around his neck as he wraps his around her waist.
Face to face their eyes met, slowly he came closer. Sohyun immediately cupped his neck and kissed him on the cheek.
"You're it, ahe!" She eye smiled and took off running while looking back at him.
"Ayee.. This girl" he puckered his lips and took off chasing after her.

JungKook's thought "Is this a dream?" Chasing after her with joy and laughter. "Wha~ she's so beauti-" he tripped over his sneakers and ran into Sohyun which made the both of them collapse.
"Oh?" His eyes widen when he notice he was on his hands and knees above her.
Sohyun looked up at him blushing. Slowly she raised her hands to both side of his cheeks and pinched them.
Sohyun giggled. "Saranghaeyo" she said
JungKook smiled and carried her in his arms to a nearby tree next to a lake. He gently put her down on a rock and start smoothing out a blanket from under a tree. Sohyun admiringly watches him setting up a picnic for them. Her thought "kyah.. He's so charming.." A smile appeared on her face.
"Finish" he clapped his hands together looking at his setup. "Sohyun-ah, lets.. eat" he looked up to see her nowhere in sight. He looked around, but caught attention by someone hanging around his neck from behind.
"Oppa.. I'm hungry~" Sohyun pouted
JungKook giggled and fed her some rice balls.
"Mm! Masidda" she squealed, coming out from behind JungKook to get some more.
"Oppa, ah~" she held some sushi out towards him.

After eating all the food that was packed for them, they leaned against a tree looking up at the sky with a cool breeze blowing through the leaves.
Sohyun rest her head on JungKook's shoulder, slowly she closed her eyes and felt the gentle breeze hitting against her face. Soon, she fell asleep hand in hand with JungKook beside her.

Sohyun slowly awaken to see the sun setting down. She turned her head to see JungKook still asleep. She smiled and start putting things back into the backpack.
"Oh.?" Sohyun found his era cap in his backpack. She gazed at it and wore it on her head.

JungKook finally woke up with a smile on his face to see Sohyun in his cap.
"It suits you" he said made Sohyun startled a bit.
"Really?" She chuckled
JungKook patted her head and stood up cleaning up the rest.

JungKook accompanied Sohyun home as the sky gets darker and darker.
"We're here.!" He sighed, standing in front of Sohyun's house.
"Oppa, Thank you! Today was amazing!" She smiled and began to walk off, but JungKook grabbed her hand.
"Hm? Are you forgetting something?" He pouted
"Ah" she took off the cap and hand it back to him. "Good night oppa"
JungKook silently laughed to himself. "A.. Goodnight kiss.?" He curved a smile.
Sohyun face turned red and sheepishly glancing around for anyone in sight.
With push and pull Sohyun leaned forward for a kiss on the cheek. As soon as she was an inch away from him, he quickly turn his head heading for a kiss on the lip.
Sohyun widen her eyes and pulled away. He smiled elatedly and ran down the driveway.
"Goodnight, jagiya!" He shouted and made a heart out of his arms.
Sohyun shook her head and smiled. She went inside not noticing Jin was there.
"What's with the smile?" He came up to her face that made her back up.
"A-an-aniyo!" She stuttered and quickly ran up to her room. Jin ran after her but was too late.
Sohyun jumped on her bed, hysterically hugging her pillow tightly while touching her lips.
