Chapter 10

Jin's POV

"Aigoo.. This kid" Jin said watching JungKook running out the door after Sohyun.

"Shall we go?" Jin asked Hara
She nodded.


-The Way Home-

"Ah~ uhm.. Jin-nie shii?" Hara said
"You can call me oppa" Jin smiled
"Oh okay! Jin oppa.? What are you planning to get for Sohyunnie's birthday?" She asked
"Omo! I totally forgot!" He hit himself in the forehead and sighed.
"Yah.. How could you forget your sister's birthday!?" She frowned
"What should I get her?" He said thinking
"Mm you could buy her a cake or a gift?!" Hara suggested
"Ah! Right!" He snapped his fingers.
"But.. What will she like?" Hara said softly
"Hm.. Ah, cheesecake! I promised that I'll buy it for her.. But I never did.." He muttered the last part.

They finally arrived at Hara's house.
"Thank you for accompanying me, oppa" she bowed and went inside.
"Good night" he waved and walked home.


-Next Morning at _____ High School-

"Hara-shii!" Someone called her from behind. Hara turned around and spotted Sohyun and Jin walking to school.
"Annyeong!" Sohyun said walking with Jin towards Hara.
"Sohyun-ah! Thank goodness you're okay" Hara looked worried
"Whyy~" Sohyun wondered
"It's alright, JungKookie accompanied her" Jin nudged Sohyun arm
"Ayee~" she mumbled
"JungKookie? Really?" Hara said
"Uh.. Yae.." Sohyun said

-Lunch Time-

"Sohyun-ah, gaja" Hara made a motion with her hand
"Aniyo.. I have a project to work on. Sorry.." Sohyun pouted
"Eh? Alright.." Hara frowned and left.

Hara went down to the canteen as she met Jin and the others.
"Jin oppa!" She called and waved
"Oh! Hara, where's Sohyunnie?" He asked
"Oh.. She has a project to work on.." She replied
"Annyeong Hara" Taehyung smiled
"Hey!" Suga winked
"Annyeong!" She waved at them
"Aiyee.. I'm hungry~" JungKook whined
"Aigoo.. Our maknae is hungry.." J-Hope ruffled his hair
Hara giggled.
"Shall we go? Hara, join us." Rap Monster said
"Thank you" she smiled

At their table they joyfully chatted.
"Ah.. Sohyun's birthdays coming up" Jin said
"Really? When is it?" J-Hope asked
"Next Friday" Jin replied
"We should throw a surprise party!" Taehyung said
JungKook sat there thinking hard about what to get her. His thought "hm.. What does she like? Something she'll never forget... Aish!! That kiss should've been perfect!! Aish!!!" JungKook held his head
"Kookie.. You okay?" Jimin noticed him
"Huh? Ah, aniyo!" He shook his head
"Ah! Kookie.." Jin remembered. "..last night.. What happened between you and Sohyun-ah!?" He smiled suspiciously.
The attention turned face JungKook.
"Uh-uhm.." JungKook stuttered
"Oh? Something happened?" Hara looked concern
"Yae.. Apparently, they were together" Jin puffed and smiled
"Ooh~" the others jeered
"Yah.. Our maknae has matured a lot" J-Hope nudged his shoulder
"What was it like!?" Taehyung joked
"Yah! Pabo.." Jin friendly punch him on the arm and laughed. Soon the other joined in.
"Oh? Is that so..?" Hara mumbled.
"What was that?" Rap Monster asked
"Ah-ani!" She said clenching her skirt. She looked over at Jimin who seems to be down. Her thought "hm? Is he okay?"
Jimin thought ". . . What should I do for her?.." He sighed.

"Ah! Take her to a club!?" Taehyung joked
"Yah.. Pabo.. She's too.. Cute!" Jin chuckled
The boys laughed.
"That's not a bad idea.. We can throw a party there as well" Rap Monster said
Jin nodded in agreement.
JungKook sighed in relief that his hyungs forgot about him and Sohyun.

-MeanWhile-

"Yah, who is that girl!?!" Jiyoon glared at Hara from another table.
"Why is she sitting with oppas!?!" EunHye added
"Aishh.. Girls, we have to protect our oppa!" Jiyoon glared at Hara holding up a fist. Jiyoon's friends held up their fists and nodded.

-AfterSchool-

"Hyung.. What does Sohyun-ah like?" Taehyung asked Jin
"Why?" Jin chuckled
"So we could get her a gift" J-Hope answered
"Uhm.. She likes anything that.. catches her eyes!" He shrugged.
Suga nodded. "Gaja.. Let's find something at the mall"
"What about dance practice?" Jimin said
"We can make it up tomorrow morning" Rap Monster said
"Gaja!" JungKook rest an arm around Jimin's neck and lead him away.


-At The Mall-

In and out the boys went strolling around the mall searching for a gift.
"Jin hyung.. Do you think Sohyunnie will like this?" Taehyung picked up a Teddy Bear holding an empty jar shape of a heart.
"Teddy Bear?" JungKook mumbled.
"This is cute.." Jin took the bear from him.
"Yesh!" Taehyung immediately grabbed the Teddy Bear from Jin and rushed to the cashier.

Taehyung came out from the store elatedly smiling.
"Yah.. What are you gonna put in the jar?" Suga said
Taehyung pouted. "Mm.. Chocolate" he grinned
JungKook's thought "Teddy Bear.. Teddy Bear.. Ah!" He remembered, looking around for the store.
"What is it, Kookie?" Rap Monster asked
"Hah? Aniya.." He mutters
"Yah.. It's getting late" Jin sighed
JungKook immediately took off running searching for the store.
"Yah JungKook!!" J-Hope hollered
"Where is that kid going?" Rap Monster said
"Aigoo.." Jin shook his head.

-MeanWhile-

"Aish.. Where is it?" JungKook bend over to catch his breath. He looked up to take a look around.
"Oh?" He walked towards a familiar store.

"Annyeonghaseyo" the cashier greeted him. JungKook bowed.
"Uhm.. Do you happen to have a Crystal Figurine of a Bear?" JungKook asked
"Yae, right this way" the cashier respond and lead him to a glass display. She took out some gloves and carefully handed him a Crystal Figurine of a Bear holding a Crystal Rose.
"Wha~ is this the same as before?" He said to himself
"Yae. We have moved it to this display" the cashier answered
JungKook peered at the Crystal Figurine and smiled.
"She must be pleased" the cashier said as if she knew.
JungKook's smile grew bigger.

He walked out of the store eye smiling.
"Yah!" A familiar voice called him.
JungKook turned around and was surprise to see his hyungs.
"Yah.. Where did you go" J-Hope playfully jumped onto his back ruffling his hair.
"Ayee.. Hyungie~" JungKook chuckled trying to get J-Hope off his back.
Taehyung quickly yanked the gift bag from JungKook's hand.
"Yah.. Give that back" he exclaimed trying to break free from J-Hope.
"Oooh~ what could this be?" Taehyung nosily peeking into the gift bag.
Jin came over and took the bag from him. He held it up beyond his face and stare at it. "Is this for Sohyunnie?" He smiled
JungKook quickly broke free from J-Hope and ran towards Jin. "Be careful with that!"
Jin dodged the bag as he tried to grab it. "Wae!" Jin chuckled at his behavior.
"Hyung, give me.." JungKook whined
Jin handed Jimin the gift to hold. JungKook rapidly approach Jimin but got stopped by Jin.
"Ayee.. Hyungie~" JungKook slouched
"Aigoo.." Jin giggled ruffling his hair. Jin turned around for the gift, he handed it back to JungKook. "Gaja!" He laid an arm around his neck and the boys went home.

The week went by faster then expected and the boys rehearsed as much as they could to make it perfect for Sohyun.
"Wha~ it's Wednesday.." Suga sighed
"We haven't gotten Sohyun a cake yet.." Taehyung pouted
"Ah, lets bake one instead" J-Hope said
Jin nodded in agreement.
"It'll be fun" J-Hope chuckled
"But.. How?" JungKook wondered
"Come over to my house. My umma has baking material" Jin said. "Wait.. Sohyun will be around.." He realized
"We can bake it at my house.." J-Hope suggested.
"JungKookie.. Go have a date with Sohyunnie" Jin smirked
"We'll take care of it" Suga wiggles his eyebrow.
JungKook stood there staring at his hyungs who is smirking and smiling at him.
"We'll start baking tomorrow" Jin suggested


-Next Morning: Thursday-

JungKook's POV

"Ayee.." JungKook moaned as he rolled out of bed.
He got dressed in his school uniforms and went downstairs.

"Umma, could you help me make some food for a picnic after school today?" JungKook asked unexpectedly while focussing on eating his breakfast.
His umma who sat in front of him, in shock of a sudden question. Slowly a suspicious smile appeared on her face. She slid JungKook's breakfast plate aside.
"Eh? Waeyo!?" He spoke with a mouthful, trying to get his plate back. His umma slapped his hands.
"Hmm.. First date, hah?" His umma mocked
He looked up at his umma with a discussed look. He quickly grab his plate back and ate.
"What?!" She gave him a slight glare but he was focus on eating.
"Sweetie.. Tell me, what is she like? What's her name? .." His umma looked him in the eye.
"Umma!" He slouched
"Not, again!!" She kicked him from under the table
"Ah! Umma" he cried
"Now.? Tell me." She stated
He sighed and told her everything about Sohyun.

"Omo, my son!" She eye smiled. "Now get ready for school" she quickly escape before answering his question.
"Aish.. Umma" he mumbled and shook his head


-At _____ High School-

JungKook walked to school nervously thinking on how it'll turned out on his date with Sohyun.

"Annyeong, oppa" he saw Sohyun and Jin separate as they got to school.
JungKook secretly rush over to Sohyun from behind and tap her on the shoulder.
"Oh?" She turned her head, no one.
JungKook tap her other shoulder and ran in front of her.
Sohyun stopped to look back and sighed of annoyance. She turned around and was surprised to see JungKook. He stood their holding out his arms, pouting.
She giggled at his childish behavior. "Oppa!" She ran towards him spreading out her arms for a hug. "I miss you~" she said rocking him from side to side in his arms.
"I miss you too" he shyly chuckled

"Yah.. What do we have here" J-Hope laid a hand on JungKook's shoulder. JungKook released Sohyun from his arms sheepishly.
"Ehh? Don't I get a hug too?" Taehyung childishly pouted
Sohyun giggled. "Come here" she gave him a big hug.
"Ahem" J-Hope cleared his throat. He eye smiled and held out his arms widely.
"Ayee.." The other shook their heads.
Sohyun giggled and gave him a big bear hug. One by one she gave each of them a hug.


-MeanWhile-

"Aish!!!" Jiyoon glared at Sohyun from a distance.
"Yah Jiyoon-shii, why are we holding back!?" EunHye grumbled. "Let's teach her a lesson" she suggested
Jiyoon gave a harsh exhale and walked off to class.
