Chapter 9

-The Practice Room-

Sohyun's thought "wha~ JungKook oppa is awesome" she dreamily stare at him as he practice with his friends.

"Wha~ Sohyun-ah.. They dance so well" Hara said watching them
"Yea..." She exhaled


-1 hour later-

"Aigoo!!" Jimin sat down close by Sohyun panting from dancing.
"Here!" Sohyun held out a water bottle for him.
He smiled. "Thank you"
She smiled back.

Suga smirked as he watched the two of them chatted.
"Yah Jin hyung.." He called him over. "Look!" He point at them.
"Ooh~ looks like Jimin's hitting on Sohyunie" Taehyung pouted
Jin laughs silently to himself and shook his head.
"Yah Kookie, are you jealous?.." J-Hope teased.
JungKook stood there staring at them happily talking. He made a slight frown. J-Hope hyung came over to him to comfort him. He puts his arm around JungKook's shoulder. "Don't worry.. Hwaiting!" He smiled. JungKook sighed and look over at them.
"Gaja! Let's get back to work" Rap Monster said. "Yah Jimin-shii! Let's go!" He hollered

-After Rehearsal-

"Wha~ it's 8:30pm already" J-Hope exclaimed
"Hara-shii, I'll accompany you home" Jin suggested
"Yah! What about me!?" Sohyun exclaimed
"No worries, JungKookie here will accompany you home" Suga smiled
"It's not safe for a girl to go home alone at night" Rap Monster said
J-Hope nodded "he's right!" He agreed
"Sohyun-ah, let JungKook accompany you home" Jin told her
"A-aniya, it's alright! I could walk home by myself" she respond. Sohyun thought "Ayee.. But I don't want to bother him!"
"I'll accompany you home" JungKook said. JungKook thought "woah, what did I just say!?"
"A-aniyo! It's alright! I'm strong enough!" Sohyun argued
"Aishh! You're so stubborn! I'll deal with you at home" Jin grumbled
Sohyun made a frown. "Annyeong!" She bowed and took off.


-The Way Home-

"Aigoo.. Hm?" Sohyun turned around as she felt someone was following her. Sohyun thought "omo! I should've let JungKook oppa accompany me home! Aish.." She slightly stomp her foot. She suddenly remembers she has an umbrella in her purse. Her thought "it's a weapon right?" She took her umbrella out and hid by a nearby ally ready to attack.

*bangg!* Sohyun attacked.
"Aish.. Sohyun-ah!" A familiar voice exclaimed as Sohyun held her umbrella up.
"Wh-who are you!? How do you know my name!?" Sohyun asked anxiously
"Wha.. You are strong" Sohyun lowered her umbrella. "JungKook?" She asked

-JungKook's POV-

"I'mma go after her" JungKook said and took off

JungKook thought "yah.. Where is she?" He looked around and soon he spotted her. He quietly rushed over so Sohyun wouldn't hear him. "Okay.. Follow her home and know that she's home safe." He thought some more.

~JungKook's phone vibrated~

"Crap!!" He rapidly answered his phone.
"Yeboseyo?" He whispered. "Yae.. I'm coming home umma, annyeong" he quickly ended the call. As he looked up, Sohyun has disappeared.
JungKook thought "oh? Where she g-!" His thoughts were broke.
*bangg!* Someone had attacked him.
"Aish.. Sohyun-ah!" He uttered
"Wh-who are you!? How do you know my name!?" Sohyun asked anxiously
"Wha.. You are strong" he got surprised.
"JungKook?" She asked
"Yah.. That hurts" he said
"Omo! Oppa!" She was shocked. She kneeled down to take a look at him. "I am so sorry! I didn't know it was you" she apologized
"It's alright.." He respond while rubbing the place he got hit
"Omo oppa! You have a red bump on your forehead!" She said worriedly. "You want to come to my house so I can get you all fixed up?" She smiled
JungKook thought "wait.. What? Her house? Jin hyung's house? Really?"
Sohyun waved her hands in front of his face which made him snap out it.
"It's alright to say no if it's uncomfortable to you.." She said
"A-ani! I'll go.." He place a hand on his red bump.

She helped him up and lead him to her home.

-Sohyun's Home-

As they stood in front of her house, JungKook looked worried.
Sohyun giggled. "It's alright, my parents aren't home from work yet"
~Inside~
"Oppa, sit down and rest" Sohyun said and took off searching for the first aid kit.

JungKook sat down on a couch and wait patiently. He looked around and saw a picture frame. He picked it up and notice it was Jin and Sohyun when they were younger. "Wha~" he quickly put the frame down as he saw Sohyun walking in.
Sohyun sat down beside him and got out some medical treatment. She turn and rub gently on his forehead.
"Ah!" He flinched
She stopped what she was doing. "Oh! I'm sorry.." She frowned.
Face to face, JungKook stares into her eyes as she focus on his wound. His thought "wha~ from up close, she is most beautiful!"
"What?" Sohyun sheepishly grin, looking into his eyes searching for an answer.
JungKook broke free from his thoughts.
"What is it?" She slightly chuckled
He slowly come towards her.
Sohyun thought ". . . What is this.."
As they were an inch away, the door opened.
Sohyun and JungKook rapidly move away from each other like nothing has happened.
"What is this?" Jin came in surprise to see JungKook still there with Sohyun.
"Ani oppa.. Nothing happened." Sohyun froze up as she realized she made a mistake. She thought "oh no!! What to do!!"
Jin raise an eyebrow suspiciously and smiled as if he knew what happened. "Really?" He said
"Oppa~" She mumbled

JungKook thought "aiyeeee~~ stupid stupid! Why did I do that! Aigoo~ ...." He looks down at his hands. He quickly stood up, avoid looking at Sohyun and walk towards Jin who stood by the door.
"See you, hyung" he avoid eye contact and walk out the door.

JungKook walk down their driveway slowly, looking down on the ground.

"JungKook oppa!" Sohyun shouted running out to the driveway behind him. As he turned around to look at Sohyun, her lips were against his as she held his face between her hands.
JungKook was in shock, slowly, his eyes were closed. He wraps his hand around her waist, gently he pulled her closer.

"Sohyun-ah~!" Jin hollered calling Sohyun from inside the house.

Sohyun opened her eyes as she release his face and place her hands on his shoulders.

"Sohyunnie!?" Jin hollered again

Sohyun turned her head around while still placing her hands on his shoulders. "Yae!! I'm coming!" She replied. She turned back to face JungKook. He lets go of her.
"You should go in.. Jin hyung needs you.." He muttered
Sohyun smiled. "Yae.. Good night, oppa!"

She walked off slowly looking back at him waving and smiling.
He smiled back. "Good night"
He stood there watching her until she was nowhere in sight.
JungKook thought "omomomo!! I'm going wild!" He touched his lips and smiled big like an idiot.


-MeanWhile-

Sohyun watch him from inside as she slowly closed the door. She smiled happily and went off to her room. She turned around and was frighten by Jin who stood behind her.
"Hey hey heyy! What happened between you two? Hm?" Jin joked
"Ani~ nothing happened" she walked pass him, but got stopped.
"Come on!" He pouted
"Nothing happened!" she blushed.
Jin stood up straight crossing his arms. "Really?" He said coming closer to her face and smiled.
"It was nothing!" She chuckled and pushed his head back with the palm of her hand.
"Aiyee.. Tell me!" He whined walking backwards in front of Sohyun to the bathroom.
"Oppa~" she complained and stood at the doorway facing him.
He smiled. "Ahh~ could it be.. " he tapped on his lips.
Sohyun widen eyes. "go away oppa.." she quickly shut the door on him.
"Araso araso!" He laughed

-20 minutes later-

Sohyun stuck her head out from the bathroom searching for any sight of Jin. She walked to her room ready for bed.
"Aigoo..." She sighed
She opened her door and was stunned to see Jin laying on her bed playing on his phone.
"Yah, that's my bed.." She said shaking him to get off. He sat up and stare at her.
"What?" She asked while climbing onto her bed.
"Did something happened between you and Kookie?" He warmly smiled.
"Oppa.. Can't we talk about this in the morning?" She muttered and laid down in her bed.
He sighed. "Araso.. " he stood up from her bed. "See you in the morning. Night" he turned off the lights and closed the door behind him.
Sohyun touched her lips and giggled.
