After class, I hid in a secluded area trying to call Mark. After 5 unanswered calls, I gave up. Without him here, I had this sense of being lost. I needed him there to help me feel like I belonged SOMEWHERE. I walked up to the library to read my favourite book to past the time.
~on the bus home~
I jumped on and found my seat. Tori and Jack were sitting together (having made up from their fight) and Felix and Kate were also together. When I jumped on and sat near them (in the exact same spot Mark used to sit you on his lap every afternoon) they stopped their talking and just looked at me with sad looks in their eyes. But I didn't want their pity. Yes, Mark wasn't here but that didn't mean he wouldn't come back at all. I faced straight forward and grabbed my earphones. I plugged them in, turned on my music and listened the whole way home.
~at home~
At home I opened the door, (which was unlocked, surprisingly, as it normally wasn't.)

I stepped through and looked around. Where was everyone? If the door was unlocked why was no one here? Did Amy forget to lock it?

I walked around the corner into the kitchen but no one was hiding there. I walked down the hallway and opened every closed door to see any one hiding there. Finally, I came to my room. I opened it and dropped my bag on the floor. I started to unpack when I felt two strong, (but gentle) arms wrap around my waist. Freezing in shock, I stood still until I looked closer at the person's arms. A face buried into my neck and kissed softly. I knew who would do that anywhere. But it couldn't be. It couldn't. But it must be. Could it? Would it? Yes. I turned around and almost screamed. "MARK! YOU'RE BACK!!" I hugged him tightly and his hands wrapped tighter around my waist. "I'm so glad to see my baby again. I missed you so much." "I missed you too. Are you back now?" "Yep. I have to visit my doctor once a week for a month but nothing else." Before I could say anything he placed his hands on my neck and leant down. He softly brushed his lips against mine. The soft touch of his lips on mine made me crave for more. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled his face towards mine again. This time when our lips collided it was with a fiercer passion. Our lips moved in sync and his hands moved down from my neck to my waist and pulled me closer. My hands slipped from his neck to his chest and I placed them right above is heart. His heart beat unsteadily as my hand rested above it. His hand sneakily slipped up my shirt to my stomach and traced patterns. His gentle fingers on my skin gave me goosebumps. He chuckled as he kissed me. My hands snuck under his shirt and I rested my hand above his heart. He gasped when my hands went under his shirt and his hands retracted and he placed his hands on top of mine. Ever so lightly I traced the contours of his chest giving him goosebumps and making him gasp. I pulled away from him, with my hands still on his chest, and I stared into his eyes. "You're real cheeky aren't you." "You know you love me." I giggled as he leant down to my neck and breathed in my scent. His nose brushing softly against me tickled me. I took my hands out from under his shirt and unbuttoned the top button. He stilled and watched me unbutton his shirt. He slipped it off and it fell to the ground. His hand snaked to my shirt and he unbuttoned it all the way. He placed his hand directly above my heart. We stood there for a minute or two, never speaking. My shirt fell to the ground and he wrapped his arms around my waist, turned me around, and hugged me. {A/N: your back is to his chest}
He kissed my neck up and down all the way to my jawline. "I love you, so much. So much, Y/N. So much." "I love you too, Mark. With all my heart." "Promise me something?" "Of course." "Don't leave me. Ever." "Always." He mumbled something under his breath but I didn't catch it above the loud pounding of my heart in my ears. I spun around and kissed Mark fiercely before it all turned to black.
