Love Is You

Chapter 7

Ever since Thanksgiving, Ruby has been spending a lot of time with Diamond. Diamond is helping Ruby rent out a small one bedroom one bathroom apartment in Brooklyn. She bought her new furniture and stocked her fridge. She had Ruby promise her that she would stop stripping and that she would get her life together. Ruby had been Diamond's assisitant for almost two weeks. It took a lot of stress off Diamond and she wished that she would have doe this earlier.

"After you send out those emails you can leave, Ruby" Diamond told her.

"Cool." Ruby said, as she sipped her coffee.

They were working late today, and they were starting to get tired. Diamond decieded to call it a night when it reached 9:00pm.

"What are you doing tonight?" Diamond asked Ruby. It was a Friday night and she knew that her young and wild sister had something up her sleeve.

"My friend Tasha is going to come over and we're just going to chill and watch movies." Ruby told her, still focusing on sending out the last of the emails.

Diamond didn't want to question Ruby's sexuality, or her friend Tasha, so she just nodded her head and let it go.

As Diamond was closing up her office she got a phone call from Jason.

"Hey hun!!" Diamond said, excited to hear Jason's voice.

"Hey beautiful how are you?" Jason asked her.

"I'm doing good, I'm just tired. I'm just getting off work." Diamond said and let off a deep sigh,

"Aw, how about I come over. We order chinese, watch t.v. I'll give you a massage. I know you've been working hard. How does that sound?" Jason asked her.

"That sounds amazing." Diamond said. "I will call you when I get home."

"See you then." Jason hung up before she could respond.

Diamond was looking forward to being with Jason tonight. She just wanted to relax and lay with him. As soon as Diamond got into her apartment and turned on the light, Jason was calling to tell her to buzz him in. 

When Jason got inside he planted a kiss on Diamonds lips that drove her up the wall.

"How are you?" He asked smiling at her.

"Great." Diamond forced smile.

Jason grabbed her hand and led her to her room.

"Are you just getting in?" He asked her.

"Yeah. I'm exhausted." She said to him.

Jason walked into her bathrom and turned on her jacuzzi bathtub. He poured vanilla scented body wash into the bath so that it would create bubbles. There were bath rose petals sitting next to a candle on her vanity. He took them out of the container and poured them into the bath tub. He turned on her music and her favorite, Robin Thicke blasted through her Bose speakers. Jason lit the candles and walked back over to her. He kissed her on her lips and slid her shirt over her head.
