We biked for our lives.
We dodged every truck that came our way and slowly, but surely we made it.
"Wait why are we in Carmon's yard?" Brendon asked confused.
"This is where the map says to go." Dylan answered, although he sounded confused himself.
Then it hit me.
"Guys," I started, "It's the end, Lynx is leaving."
The boys stood in silence as I pulled her out.
Her green light was a brighter now. Her ears were slightly down, but she looked happier.
I couldn't help it tears started flowing as I said ,"I'm gonna miss you girl."
I set her on the ground and a little compartment popped up.
"Should we put the triangle thing in there?" Jackson asked.
Beep
I slid the piece into the compartment and it shut.
"Goodbye!" We all shouted in unison.
And like that she was gone.
We stood there until Brendon asked, " What now?"
"We go home."
I grabbed Jackson's hand and we all walked off into the distance.
