(A/N:) Ready? Shit's about to go down in da DMS
-----/////-----/////-----/////-----
Tyler's POV:I sat on the edge of the hotel bed, rubbing my hands together and tapping my foot as I thought about earlier.
First- I went to the beach with a hot guy; good.
Second- we went for a walk and it felt like we really connected.
Third- I kissed him, which was perfect by the way.
And Last but not least- he told me that he's H2O Delirious.Suddenly BAM, my day goes from amazing to Titanic in point five seconds.
I let out an exasperated sigh and fell back onto the bed closing my eyes. The worst part of it all is that I didn't hate it. I didn't hate the idea that I may have kissed one of my friends. I didn't hate the idea that I liked Delirious. Actually, rather, I liked it. I liked the thought of kissing him.
"Dammit," I hissed and pounded my fist against the bed. I shouldn't be thinking of my friend this way, especially when I knew it'd never happen. Not even in a million years. I mean, for all I know, Delirious is actually sitting at home, playing games and not at the beach going on dates with his friends.
A buzzing in my pocket drew me from my thoughts and I pulled out my phone to see Luke was calling me. I didn't hesitate to answer. "Hey, sup Cartoonz!" I greeted, putting some cheer in my tone to hide the fact that I was having an internal crisis.
"Hey Tyler!" Luke exclaimed. "So I heard that you were gonna be in North Carolina!" He stated.
"Yea, actually, I already am." I responded, nodding despite the fact that he couldn't see me.
"Oh cool, I was just wondering if you wanted to come over and chill while you're here. We can play some games, drink and catch up." Luke suggested.
As much as I wanted to turn down his offer and say that I was busy, I just couldn't. I knew it'd help me clear my mind. "Yea, sure man. When?" I asked.
"How bout now? Unless your busy." Luke said.
I yet again passed up a chance to refuse. "Nah, I'm not busy right now." I stated. "What's your address?" He told me where he lived and I wrote it down. "Alright, got it." I said. "See ya in a bit fucker!" I exclaimed before hanging up.
Little did I know I had just made the best mistake of my life.
I went out into the hotel parking lot and got into my rented lambo. I looked at the written address and started to plug it into the GPS on my phone. Surprisingly, his house was only about fifteen minutes away. Oddly convenient. I started the car and drove onto the road, following the highlighted path on the digital map.
After about ten minutes, the voice spoke up. "Destination is .25 miles on right." There was a pause and it spoke up again. "Arriving at destination on right." I pulled into the given driveway and got out. Luke had a small, quaint house. It was almost exactly what I expected; two floors, red door, two car garage, the whole shebang.
I walked up to the door and knocked, rocking back and forth slightly as I waited. The door slowly swung open and standing there was none other than
"JOE?!"
I exclaimed and he glanced up from his phone, a look of horror and shock on his face. I'm sure our expressions mirrored each others perfectly. "Oh my fucking god...." I muttered, scratching the back of my neck in disbelief. I practically abandoned this guy in a parking lot and now here I was, standing on his door step. "Shit... My friend Luke must've given me the wrong address. I-ah sorry." I stuttered before turning to leave.
